Levi woke up again, breathless and sweaty. He had that same dream. Eren was asleep next to him, shuffling underneath the covers asleep soundly. Eren wasn't much of deep sleeper unless he was really tired so he hadn't heard Levi having a nightmare. Levi laid back down on his pillow with a huff. This time, his phone vibrated on his night stand beside him. Levi sat back up and swung his legs over the side, wondering who it was that was calling him at this hour. It was 3 am. Levi grabbed his phone and looked at the caller name. He thought at first it was Hanji, but it was an Unknown number. Levi rolled his eyes, clicking "Accept." and placing the phone to his ear with a grunt. "Who the fuck--" He was cut off, a soft tone of voice ringing into his ears.

"Levi, it's your mother." His mother introduced. It had been years since he ever seen more or less heard his mothers soft voice crawl into his ears. Levi calmed slightly after he heard his mothers voice and relaxed, letting his shoulders drop. "Mom..?" Inquired Levi, he wanted to hang up and never hear his mothers voice again. They abandoned him, they left him to rot with Kenny. They forgot about him. "Levi, are you okay?" His mom asked, worry sketched into the way she spoke to Levi, her son. "Yeah...Yeah i'm fine. W-why are you calling me? How did you-" He was cut off once again by his moms voice. "Save the questions for later my sweet Levi. I promise I will answer them. Just tell me how it has been since we left." She said in almost a demanding tone. "I....I got married." Levi rubbed his face with his hands, wanting to sleep with his warmth and love of his life.

A loud sigh rang through the phone. "That's.....that's good for you sweetie. Who is it?" She asked, obviously masking her happiness. "Eren.... his name is Eren." Levi felt his heart beat pick up at the sound of his husbands name roll of his own tongue. "Such a lovely name..." His mother murmured under her breath followed by another sigh that rippled through his ears. "Is everything okay, mom?" Levi questioned, standing up and walking out his bedroom door to head to his living room. Levi flipped on the light, letting the shining light pour into the room and brighten it up so he could see. Once Levi sat on the couch, his mother spoke up.

"Me and your father are coming and we are taking you back to France with us." His heart felt it stopped. His face paled even more and his eyes widened to the slightest. This was his nightmare all over again. He couldn't hand all this new being shoved into his face. "What..? Are you kidding me?!" He scoffed, his voice now raising to normal volume. "How? When? Where? What?!" Levi ran his hand through his hair with his free hand, wishing it was Eren running his hands through Levis hair to soothe him. "Your father and I will be waiting at the France airport. We expect you to be there in 11 weeks time. " Levi was astounded. "W-why?" Why were they making him abandon the only ones he loved truly? Why now? Why..?

"It will all be explained later. We need you o do this for us. It is for the better, we promise. Levi, please." His mother said, almost begging. He could just hear the pleas in the way she asked the question. "Why are you doing this to me?" His voice was shaky and quiet now. Levi wanted to cry, he couldn't go through with this. "We are sending you the tickets to France. They should be there next week." "How....how did you find out where I live? How did you find out my number?" Levi was angry, raged, furious. He wanted to hit something, anything. Just wanted to get his anger out for what both of his terrible parents were doing to him. "Levi, all the questions will soon be answered. I promised, didn't I..?" This is when Levi didn't care that his family, his real family, was asleep upstairs. "YOU ALSO PROMISED YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU PROMISED NEVER TO ABANDON ME!!! YOU PROMISE SO MANY THINGS YOU BITCH YET YOU NEVER KEEP YOU FUCKING SHITTY PROMISES THAT YOU SPOUT FROM YOUR SHITTY MOUTH YOU SHITTY BITCH!!!" Levi screamed into the phone, anger raging through his body like a wild fire. Just when his mom started to talk Levi hung up on his mother. Small footsteps were audible from upstairs. Eren walked down, his hair scattered and messy.

"You okay?" Eren asked, hugging Levi from behind and laying his head on Levis shoulder. Levi instantly relaxed as he leaned into Erens loving touch. "Don't leave me alone, Eren." Eren chuckled, running his hand through Levis hair, just how he liked it. "I promise, Levi." Eren was the opposite of his mother, he kept his promises. Unlike his mother, who made her promises empty and unfulfilled. "Okay then.." Levi rested his head on Erens shoulder, falling back to sleep.

"Levi, It's valentines day..."

"Ah, Levi..." Eren panted, sweaty and breathless once Levi rolled off him. "Eren, I love you." Levi kept repeating it, kissing Eren over and over continuously until his lips bruised.  "I won't even leave you Levi, alright?" Eren asked, running his thumb over his husbands cheek that a tear slipped out of. It was a happy tears. Eren would never leave Levi, but Levi was being forced to Leave eren alone and afraid.
