Still falling for you

Jungkook looked at the time, he had been driving for the past hour and the last car he saw was thirty minutes ago .

Without any warning it started raining, heavily. Jungkook looked at his phone to try and see how long it would be  raining for, but he had no cell service and the rain seemed to get heavier by the minute.

He drove a little bit further before he decided to pull over. He got his phone out again and tried to make a call but it wasn't going through.

He had the option of waiting till the rain got lighter or when he has cell service again, but it was late and his parents have no way of finding out where he is or when he will get home, by his calculations he should be home within the next two hours.

He decided to continue driving, he will have to drive a bit slower but it was better than waiting in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully he had the map downloaded on his phone so he was not completely stranded, 'I should thank dad for that" he said to himself.

He hated driving in the rain, he couldn't quite understand why, but he didn't like it. It wasn't because how it was more difficult to drive in the rain, but it was more so that he often experienced an unsettling feeling when he did, he would anxious and tense.

He decided to play some music to help himself calm down, it helped a little.

Some time later, the rain got lighter, Jungkook let out a breath of relief as he started to speed up, the road was clear which made it easy for him.

Before he could register what was happening, his car almost crashed into a tree, he tried so hard to avoid it and by doing so, he made a quick turn causing the back of the car  to hit the tree and fall on the side.

The windscreen was shattered and glass had fallen on his face, he tried to free himself from his seat but the seat-belt was stuck, slowly everything began to fade into black.

It was past midnight, Jimin was in the living room finishing up some work when one of the house keeper's came to him in a hurry.

"Excuse me sir, there's a man here to see you, he says he is Mr Jungkook's father". Jimin was a bit puzzled, why would Jungkook's father be here, bust suddenly a though occurred to him, what if something had happened to Jungkook, he hurried after the house keeper.

"Mr Kim, good evening, is everything okay? Jimin said before the man could greet him. "Good evening, I apologise for showing up so late unannounced, but its's my son , Jungkook, he should have arrived an hour ago but we haven't heard from him and I was wondering if you  could help me get in touch with him"

Before Jin came over, him and Joon had tried to be optimistic in hopes that Jungkook was simply running late and that he would call them in any minute, but ten minutes turned to thirty and his phone was still not going through. They looked up the news to see if any accidents have been reported, but there was nothing.

Waiting was only making them more anxious, Jin suggested he goes to Jungkook's boss' s house since that was the only contact he had, he preferred to see him in person than to call. They agreed that Joon should stay with Haneul and also in case Jungkook returned while he was away.

Jin explained to Jimin all that they had done before coming to him, "I don't have any other person to ask or call-" he added.

"Let me call some people and ask if they heard from him" Jimin said as he took out his phone. Jin was pacing up and down, he was offered something to drink but wouldn't accept it, he felt nauseous and the thought of not knowing where Jungkook was made him more anxious.

After what fet like forever, Jimin got off the phone, he had spoken to about ten people and all of them said the last time they talked to Jungkook was when he drove off with the group of people that he offered to drop off.

"I am so sorry" Jimin said, "We can try to-"

His sentence was cut short when he heard the front door open.

"Oh, that's some heavy rain out there" Taehyung said as he walked through the front door, Jimin excused himself.

"Hey, I thought you said you wont be back for another month or so" Jimin said
"Well you don't seem too pleased to see me" Taehyung teased

Jimin gave a small pressed smile, "hey what's wrong" Taehyung asked getting concerned. He signalled with his head towards the living room where Jungkook's father was.

About five minutes later and Taehyung was all caught up with what happened, "I apologise for taking up your time, I will go to the police and see if they can help me find him" Jin said standing up.

"They actually won't be able to help, at least not yet, there needs to be a twelve hour window at the very least and it has been less than two hours, I will go and look for him" said Taehyung.

The two looked at him, surprised by his suggestion.

"Thank you, but I don't think it's good idea seeing you just arrived from a long flight" Jin said, "twelve hours for that matter" Jimin added

Taehyung simply got up from his chair and headed to the garage, "Tae-Taehyung" Jimin called after him, but the other ignored him.

Jin and Jimin followed him "is he serious?" Jin asked, Jimin nodded in response.

They tried to talk him out of it and tell him they can come up with something else, but Taehyung was not convinced, "anything could have happened to him and the rain has been getting heavier, we simply can't sit around and wait"

Taehyung's plan was not the most ideal, but it was the best they had.

"He has a medical bag with him, if he is hurt, almost everything you need will be in there" Jin explained.

 He wrote down a couple of things for him in case of the worst case scenario.

Jimin helped Taehyung find their old radio for communication, since they couldn't reach Jungkook, it was probably due to lack of cell service. They also placed a GPS tracker in the car.

"Please drive safely" Jin said repeatedly and a little while later, Taehyung left.

"A little lost without you"
