Chapter 18
Thyra's POV
"I don't f*cking care, anymore! I hate them all!" Sigaw ako. Nandito ako sa panaginip ni Athena, hindi niya pa ako siguro nakikita. Magtatago nalang siguro muna ako.
I don't care about my job anymore. I don't care about the prophecy. They betrayed me and I won't help them.
"Just Sh!t! They deserve to die!" Patuloy na sigaw ko. This is my way of removing my bad feelings, by shouting my thoughts.
"Bakit ka sumisigaw?" Nagulat ako ng makita ko si Athena sa harapan ko. She found me.
"Wala lang, sa declamation namin yun, nagprapractice lang." Palusot ko sa kaniya.
Umupo ako sa damuhan kaya gumaya siya sa akin at nakiupo din.
"Kamusta naman?" Panimula ko, I don't want her to focus on what I've shouted earlier.
"I'm frustrated. We have a lot of assignments and I'm sleeping right now, so how on earth can I do those?" Naiinis niyang sabi. I'm glad that she is frustrated because of our school and not on other things.
"School isn't good." Sabi niya sabay buntong hininga. Ganyan din ang problema ko, natutulugan ko ang mga assignments ko kaya rush na rush ako sa umaga.
"We started to have foe's in our school." Sambit niya. Inis na inis siya ngayon at kitang kita ko yun. She is easy to read especially kung galit siya.
"We've learned to fight in school. That honor's competition really sucks. Without that kind of regulations, we won't be fighting too much. I just hate school." Hinilamos niya ang palad niya sa kaniyang kamay.
"Bakit hindi ka nalang gumising diyan at gumawa ng assignments mo?" Tanong ko sa kaniya at bahagyang tumawa. She's really cute when she's mad. I am not a lesbian okay, I just find her cute.
"I'm too lazy to do that, Thyra." Natawa ako sa sinabi niya. She is being lazy, just like humans.
"Then, you don't have the rights to complain." Natatawang sabi ko sa kaniya.
"We have all the rights to do whatever we want." Sabi niya. Kumuha siya ng bato at tinapon yun sa lake na nasa harapan namin. Nandito kami ngayon sa dulo ng gubat.
"Oo na, kamusta kayo ni Dwight?" Pinagtaasan niya ako ng kilay sa tanong ko.
"Anong kami?" Gulat niyang tanong. She didn't get me.
"I mean, yung trato niya sayo. He almost killed you. You know." Tumango tango naman siya at nagets ang tinatanong ko.
"In fact, I've asked for his help." Pinagkunutan ko siya ng noo.
"Ano?!"
"He is my trainer, I want to be strong." Maikling sabi niya. Nagtapon ulit siya ng bato sa lake.
"Bakit tuwing nananaginip ako ikaw lang lagi ang kasama ko?" Nginitian ko siya.
"Nah uh, hindi lang ako ang nakakasama mo, masyadong marami, Athena." Makahulugang kong sabi sa kaniya.
[Athena's POV]
"Whatever," Sagot ko nalang sa kaniya, I don't get it, kaya pinalagpas ko nalang.
Naiinis ako dahil sa lahat ng subject namin may assignment kami. It is not easy to draw, measure, and design 2, five storey buildings! Another thing is, I can't pass four, 500 words essay with different topics tomorrow. Kung yung mga professor kaya ang pag gawin ko nun? They are all selfish!
"You know what, gumising ka nalang at gawin yun. Your complains can do nothing. Wake up, Athena." Pinat niya ang ulo ko.
