Chapter 28:

I sat in my room getting dressed, I haven't talked to anyone this morning.
They all knew not to because I could go off in a light .

Vikki went to check the guards and the area with Lark.

"How are you feeling." Jason said from the door.

I looked at him putting my earring's on.
"The truth?"

He nodded.

"I feel betrayed. Confused on what I should do.. My mother left me behind.. Said she was dead I get her back thinking everything is good and her and my brother have been hiding something so big from me. Not only that but she was trying to kill Amy's baby.. " I shook my head sighing.

"To protect you.. What she did is wrong and always will be.. She is your mother and he is your father. You can't hand them over."

I looked at him.
"Yeah I know, I wasn't planning on it." I smiled and slapped his shoulder walking past him

"You weren't?" He asked following me.

"No. They are my family. But does not mean they will be apart of this pack." I said.

He said nothing as I made my way down to the cells. I passed my kids as they only watched me walk by.

My father said on the other side of the cell of my mother. He stood up as he looked at me.

"Melissa" he said shocked.

My brother lifted his head looking at me.
My mother's eyes were blood shot, she has been crying. She stood up.

"Unlock the cells. Follow me."

The guards unlocked it as they followed me up the stairs and into the planning room.

Jason,Vikki,Alec,Kyle,Fred, Donny and other's were in there waiting.
Alvin spotted me and smiled.

I went and stood on the other side. My mother and brother entered as the guards shut the door behind them.

"We need a plan , killing them won't be hard. So let's work together to figure this out. I don't need any blood shed of my own."

"Melissa thank you I know once this is over we can-

"Once this is over, I will strip you of your pack tat and you will be gone"

Vikki looked at me as everyone was shocked.
"Melissa-

"You will leave and only come back to say hi to your grandkids.. After that you are done. You will not stay."

"Melissa.." My mother said.

"Let's get on with the plan" I said looking down at the board.

"They will come for everyone if they don't get what they want" my brother said leaning against the door.

"So we should hide out and take them out one by one ." Lark said.

"Vampires aren't stupid. They will notice when one is on, for Wolves it's a burning in the tattoo for us it's a burning in our heads. We make a bond .. Not in blood, it's a little difficult to explain to outsiders." My brother said.

"Outsider's? " Fred said with a growl.

My brother smirked.

"If I find out.. Your playing on both sides, brother so help me-

"What you will kill me? Last time I checked you don't have it in you.. I heard someone that was in this pack risked his life, his own life to save you, and for what?"
