Deep Sorrow.

Chapter 30:

"Let me get this straight.."I said pacing the floor.

My brother sighed sitting on the couch with my father. He had his face in his palms.

"You didn't even try to stop her idiot?" I said throwing my hands in the air.

"She said she was protecting this pack.. Family"

"And your stupid enough to let her go!" I yelled

"Melissa.. They didn't -

"Oh yes he did. He would rather mom sacrifice her self than his stingy ass-

He stood up and came in my face as he hissed.
I growled.

"That's a damn lie and you know it."

"And you know it isn't." I growled .

Vikki pushed him back growling loudly.

"Enough you two" my father sighed.

"We need to get her back." Jason said.

"And we will. Together." My father stared at me.

I glared and him and walked away to the others. They followed me as I headed outside.

"We need to get my mother back.. Blood will be shed. She is our priority."

"But why? Now things will be better" someone pointed out as the other agreed.

"Because she is my mother! What if she was yours! Will you let her get taken?"

They all were quiet .
Exactly. I thought.

"Now we're heading to there territory, stay on alert and close to someone. Watch each others back.. "

"This is so dangerous" Alex said shaking his head.
"I will not take my pack to that."

I look at him and shrugged my shoulders.
"Fine leave."

"Melissa.. We can't either.. Don't get me wrong we wanna save your mom it's so dangerous.. Even for your pack we need a plan-

"There is no time!" I yelled.

I sniff of Vampire had us on our toes as he appeared infront of me. In one grab around his neck slamming him to the floor. I stopped noticing how small he is. He held a card out as I took it.

I opened it and wished I didn't.

"Melissa?" My brother said.

He came over and took it reading it aswell as he looked at me.
I screamed and grabbed the kid by the collar,
"Where!"

"The mansion.. I'm here to guide you."

"Melissa what is it ?" Vikki asked taking the card.

She read it and sighed.

"Her mother has committed to her crimes.. She will be burned at the stake.. I'm here to take you to say-

"Like hell." I snapped. "She didn't-

"I'm only here to tell you! Gosh, please follow"
"Only a couple of you you.." He added walking away.

"Me of course." My brother said.
"Me.." I said.
"As I." Vikki said.

"I'm coming." My father, Jason and Lark said.

I nodded as we walked away.

"Melissa were going to be heading back.. Call me?" Alvin said hand in hand with his mate.
