Chapter 86:

I growled and held my baby close to my chest . The room was quiet, was this was very awkward and un real.

"Melissa.. I can explain." Vikki said .

"Explain why your alive and not dead! " I yelled.

Vanessa ran over and hugged her as I stiffened . Vanessa cried as she held her close. Vikki smiled and held her daughter.

"I was the one who saved you that night." Vikki said.

"It's true.. I remember everything." Vanessa said honestly as she turned towards me.

I looked at my daughter than everyone else. Did they know?

"Why.. Why did you do this. You left me alone! For months.. Weeks! I had to take care of all of this while I was pregnant ! Your my mate! You wernt here when I needed you!-

"Okay let's give them some room." Jason said as he pushed everyone out the room.
Everyone exited the room as I was left in here with her and my new born baby.

She cooed at me as I looked down and smiled lightly at her .

"I'm sorry.. I had to fake my death-

"I saw you die." I assured her .

"And I thought I was dead too. Someone saved me though.. Someone my Uncle knew. She helped me and nurished me back t health. I'm still very weak. But I couldn't just come back in your life-

"You didn't have to hide and let me defend this huge pack by myself. Your son.. Our son is the Alpha of this pack. He is 15! He is still young. Your brother is trying to take your pack! I am doing -

"Everything a mother should ." She said as she stepped towards me.

The tears kept coming as I looked down at my baby. She placed her tiny hand on my cheek.

"She is a beauty" Vikki said standing on my side.

"I'm so mad at you." I said looking at my baby.

"I know." She said .

"I don't trust you." I said .

"I know."

"I hate you."

"That's a lie." She said as I turned my head.

Her lips pressed against mines as my tears slipped out and down my cheek's. My wolf was purring with happyness as her's was.
She moved away and looked at my eyes .

"I know it will take forever for you to trust me.. Along with the pack. But just now I'm here and not leaving again, I promise that to you. I have a wedding to attend too. " she said pulling my necklace from behind her back.

I gasped as it was the necklace with my ring .
I couldn't stop crying as she took my hand.

"I never took my ring off.. I always thought of you Melissa."

I cried harder as she kissed my head and slid the ring on my finger.
"I say we get married this week, make it official."

I looked at her.
"I'm fat."

We laughed as she rolled her eyes .
"Your perfect. You just gave birth for god sakes."

"I don't know where to start-

The door slammed open as Amy,Alvin and Sarah stood there .
"We got this!" They shouted.

I laughed as everyone came back in the room. Except for Vincent .

"Glad to have you back." Lark said hugging Vikki.

She smiled .
"Thank you for taking care of them." She said .

"It was my duty" he said .

"Where is Vincent?"

"He went outside" Vanessa said .

She nodded and walked off to go and talk to him. Vanessa came over and cleaned up my face as she smiled at me.
"We have our tiny family back, now we can be happy again."

"Yeah" I said .

The baby reached out for Vanessa as she giggled and took her into her arms. I laid back and rested.
I yawned .

"Let's let momma bear sleep huh guys ." Violet said.

They all kissed my head and left the room as Vikki walked in.
"Vanessa and the other's have the baby"

I nodded yawning again.

She sat on the bed with me as I wrapped my arms around her not letting her go.
"I missed you so much.." I whispered .

"As I." She said kissing my head .

"Never leave me again. I almost lost it "

"I wouldn't dare too" she whispered back .

I closed my eyes as I fell into slumber .
