Chapter 115:

I sat on a log in the deep forest as Lana and her pack were quietly eating at there food, Was it wrong for me to want vengeance for my daughter.. She would need a proper burial and.... I shook my head and sighed thinking of harsh things. My daughter didn't deserve to die. She did it to protect the people she loved.

I would go to the God's and ask her for back.. I don't know how it will really go, But Johnny will be there so hopefully he will back me up on this.

I pulled out my phone and say text's from mostly everyone back home asking me to come back or to be safe. I missed them, but I couldn't show my face there after my melt down.

Lana came over and sat next to me. She handed me some food as I thanked her with a nod.
"You must think I'm crazy?"

She shook her head.
"You lost a daughter, While i lost my other half. Were on the same boat for vengeance."

"Even after we get what we traveled for, Your still family Lana."

She looked at me and smiled taking my hand.
"Thanks."

I nodded my head as we ate our meal in quietness. I got up and walked over to a small opening with a pond, The stars were shinning bright tonight and it was beautiful. I sat down on the ground and stared at the water, it shined against the stairs and moon tonight. I smiled feeling at ease.
There was rattling of tree's behind me as i turned my head shocked to see Vincent coming from the bushes.

"Why are you here?"I asked not moving.

He walked over and sat beside me.
"I followed your smell, and came here to convince you to come home. Hope need's you, Vikki is slowly losing it blaming her self.. You need to come back. We aren't safe there and your baby, my little sister isn't safe there without her mother."

I was quiet for a little as i stared at him than looked to the sky as i smiled.
"I know.. I came out here for revenge.. but after really thinking about it.. I don't know."

He nodded his head and smiled throwing small rocks into the water.
"Ill miss her just like you will, but this isnt the way. Trust me."

"God your sounding like an Alpha already." I laughed looking at him.

"Its in my blood. I was raised by two of the most amazing mother's i could ever dream of."

I laughed and pushed his shoulder and he laughed with me.
"It's gonna be hard, Hope is gonna grow up and not now whats going on.. She will be human with weird abilities..-

"Vikki thinks we need to hide her from the world.. But i just want her to be normal. If she doesn't now she has these abilities than nothing will go wrong and no one will find out about her.. She is special and will be among us wolves.. Her life is already on the line .. at such a young age."

He sighed and nodded.
"Than keeping it a secret is what we all must do, its for her own good."

I nodded my head and placed my hand onto of his.
"I'm glad i have such a good son." I giggled.

He laughed and rolled his eyes.
"A son who might have a male as a mate.."

I gasped and looked at him.
"Really? Who.. What about Kat?"

He sighed and shrugged his shoulders.
"Its the boy who attacked me, Plus i havent talked to Kat she is still upset and wont come out the infirmary.." he told me.

I nodded my head, She lost a friend. So Ofcourse She would be torn.
"Give her time, than talk to her about it, you dont need the drama if he is your mate.. did you feel a pull or anything?" I asked.

"Sparks.. but they were weak.." he confessed.

I nodded my head.
"Weak emotions, means when one mate isnt so sure about how he or she feels towards the mate.. almost like rejecting him/her.. Its bad but can be fixed if you want it to be."

"I have to much going on to worry about mate's right now.. Besides. I have Kat and she makes me happy."

I nodded my head not arguing about his relationship life.

I stood up and brushed myself off and reached for his hand.
"You convinced me to come back, But Lana wont.. She is determined to find the creatures who did this.. I cant and wont pressure her to. It will only start something.. She is welcome always to our home as i told her."

"I agree with you , i just dont want her to go and get herself killed because of this.. Vanessa wouldn't want this.." he trailed off.

I smiled and rubbed his cheek.
"Your right. Lets go home, so i can beat some sense into Vikki than we can have a proper burial for Vanessa.."

He nodded his head and kissed my cheek as we walked back to Lana.

I explained everything to her and she didnt argue as she wished me good luck, i told her i would send out someone to find her about details on the funeral but she didnt seem be interested in it.
We bid our farewells as me and Vincent ran back in wolf form to the pack house.

I could still smell the blood and smoke that stained the grass of our front yard.

I turned back and stretched my bones with a sigh.
We walked back inside as everyone turned to stare at me, Vincent let me go off to find Vikki.

She was up in our room with Hope. Little Hope was sound asleep against her chest, She sat up seeing me. I closed the door behind me and smiled weakly at her.
She placed Hope down and came over and hugged me hard. I embraced her, locking my arms around her as she took in my scent.

"Sorry.." I said.

"Don't, I'm just glad your back."

"Our son is very convincing." I told her.

She laughed and pulled away to see my face, She rubbed my cheek and sighed.
"This wont be easy, But we have each other."

"Forever." I said.

"Forever."
