The tribute parade is tonight, Tilly and Blain will be taken after Peeta and I and dressing in flames. Haymitch came to our room right after dinner and told us how him and most of the other mentors were dressing their children up rudely. Peeta and I are different, these kids will still die. The games are still a publicity stunt and should be treated as such.

Mine and Peeta's prep squads came in after dinner and set them to beauty base zero. And then dressed up and sent downstairs.

I got to look at Tilly's dress. An exact replica of mine, no not a replica. It was mine, Blain is wearing Peeta's. Although they don't know it, either one of us could have a flashback at any time. My fingers danced across Cinna's perfect sewing and designing abilities. Oh Cinna, how I miss him so much. I always thought of him as a older brother, someone who has been through it all; so they could understand your problems. Oh Cinna.

Before I can think anymore I rush from the room only to be stopped by Peeta. "What's in there?" He asks.

"N-Nothing." I stutter. "I was just looking around the place." He pulls my chin so I look up into his eyes.

"I can tell when your lying Katniss. Have you forgotten who I am?"

"Never." I whisper.

"Well then what's in there."

I wait for a few seconds. "Come on." I lead him into the room where our quarter quell outfits hang. He grips my hand, nods, then leads us from the room. He shuts the door tight and stops looking down at me. His lips fall onto mine in a sweet soft way. "Thank you, I really needed that." I whisper into his chest. We kiss again.

"Blech." Someone sneers. We turn to find Blain in just his underwear.

"What in the hell are you doing?" Peeta grumbles.

"I'm finished, they told me to come get dressed." He shrugs.

"Well then go! Don't just stand here like a complete idiot and watch us like a stalker!"

I sidestep as he walks past not wanting to be anywhere near him. After the door is closed I look to Peeta. "He creeps me out." I shiver.

"I creeped you out in the first games." He notes as we walk to our room.

"Want me to be honest?" I ask.

"Sure."

"I just didn't like you. I didn't want to have to worry about repaying you."

"What would you have to repay be for?" He asks wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

"The bread."

His walks slows and his pupils dilate, I grip his face and kiss him straight on the mouth.

"Your okay, your here with me. I promise your safe. I love you." I kiss him again until his eyes dart around and we both sigh. "See all better." I smile.

"Thank you Katniss." He looks down and smiles at me. I nod and start to walk again.

"Peeta! Katniss! Be downstairs in fifteen minuets! I assume you can dress yourselves!" I hear Fluvis yell from the living room.

"We got it." I reply and shut our bedroom door. On our bed is a white suit for Peeta, and a white strapless dress for me. It's made with a tight fabric. "This is gonna show of m belly really badly.." I whisper holding it up.

"The people are bound to find out sooner or later." He tells me kissing my temple.

"I'd rather it be later." I mumble before stripping my clothes off and changing. I want to leave my hair in my signature braid, but he says no. So I leave it down for now. I put on Peeta's pearl necklace and take his hand before we start downstairs.

I smile at each mentor I pass, and feel stronger each time I pass a tribute. They all walk together, the mentor with their tributes.

We are given seats up by the president's seat and binoculars to watch. It starts, Johanna's tributes are nude. All I can do it look at her and snicker. I watch Peeta's face and he doesn't seem as shocked as he was when we saw Johanna strip. Soon our tributes appear in our outfits. Mentors watch us with sad eyes as I grip onto Peeta's hand, leaning my head on his shoulder. "It looked better on you." Peeta mumbles into my hair.

I stand when it's over and walk down the stairs to were the tributes are. Tilly walks to me with huge eyes. "Your pregnant?" She asks rather loudly.

"Keep your mouth shut!" I snap. Her sad eyes look back at me. "I didn't mean to sound mean, but I just don't want people to find out yet." I say rubbing her shoulder.

"Okay." She mumbles before Blain appears with an emotionless face.

A few tributes seem to be watching us, like Cato and Clove did in our first games. I tap Peeta's thigh subtly before just barely nodding to the tributes. Their Haymitch's, he should have taught them better. Stay invisible, although we aren't doing the best job of that. "Let's go get you guys back." I hear Peeta's scruffy voice say before taking my hand in his.

"So, are you two married?" Blain asks as we ride up the elevator.

"Kind of." I shrug. "We had a fake marriage a few months back in a meadow."

"That's nice." It's the first time I've seen him smile. "I had a girlfriend. We were dating for four years, she's getting ready to have my baby too."

I swear the whole world stops. But Peeta takes matter into his own hands. He places a callused hand onto Blain's shoulder and pats it. "We'll do all we can to get you guys home alive."

"Both of us? How?" Tilly asks. Peeta looks at me for help.

"What he's saying, is that-" A noise hits my ears and I stop. The same noise I heard when I was in the tree in the first games. It's a camera listening to us. "He's saying we are going to try and make this process as easy as possible."

The elevator stops and Peeta takes my hand as we walk into the main room. "Alright, you two get to bed. I'll be checking in an hour, no leaving your room. If your hungry call the server here." He says. They nod swiftly and make their way to their rooms. Peeta shows me to our room where we change and lock the door behind us.

I snuggle into his arms. As we lay there my head rings with questions. I let the most important one come out first. "Peeta how are we just going to stand by and watch these kids be killed?" I whisper.

"Don't get attached. You know what could happen out there. You should understand the games better than anyone."

"I just, I should have said no that day." I admit to him.

"And now you'll have to deal with it, but I'm here with you okay?"

"Okay." I agree as I feel my eyelids become heavy. "I love you Peeta."

"I love you too."

"Stay with me?" I ask.

"Always." He instantly replies.
