You grip onto your warm ceramic mug filled with hot chocolate. You take a sip and pick up the remote to change the channel. You keep into surfing the channels trying to find something interesting to watch.
Ah. There you go. Keeping up with the Kardashians. You love that show.
Suddenly you hear a knock on the door. You groan and drag yourself over to the door. You open it and see your best friend excitedly standing there.
"Y/N WE HAVE TO GO TO THE MOVIES NOW! THE 5TH WAVE JUST CAME OUT TODAY AND WE NEED TO SEE IT ASAP!"
Y/B/F screams in your face.
"Holy crap Y/B/F! Calm down!" You laugh.
"Come on! Get ready we have to go!" She says.
"Okay okay! I'll be ready in 10 minutes." You say running upstairs.

Once your done getting ready, you grab your phone and meet Y/B/F outside.
"Are you ready?" She asks as you lock the door. You nod your head and get into her car before driving off to the movies.

"2 tickets to see the 5th wave please and also 2 medium popcorns." Y/B/F asks.
The person behind the counter hands you your tickets and your popcorn. You walk to your cinema trying not to spill all your popcorn.
"J16 and j15." You read out.
You two walk to your seats and sit down waiting for the movie to start.
After about 10 or so minutes, the movie finally starts.

"That was such a cool movie!" Y/B/F says as you two exit the cinema.
"Yea I know ri-" your suddenly stop dead in your tracks.
"Is everything oka- oh..." Y/B/F says.
You spot your ex Harry standing with his arm around a beautiful blonde girl which makes you feel insecure. You feel your heart start to ache. It's only been a month and he's already gotten a girlfriend? How can he possibly move on that fast?
Harry spots you staring at him and his eyes grow wide. He awkwardly steps away from his "girlfriend" leaving her confused about his sudden change of behaviour.
You look around trying to find another exit out of the cinema but theres no luck.
"Come on Y/N. We'll start super speed out of here and everything will be over okay?" Y/B/F whispers to you.
You nod your head before you both walk as fast as you could out of there.
"Y/N wait!" You hear a voice that sounds exactly like Harry shout.
"Ignore him Y/N. Just keep walking..." You tell yourself.
You feel some grab onto your wrist and spin you around.
"Let me go!" You say trying to jerk your hand out of Harry's grip.
"No! I've already let you go once and I'm not gonna make that same mistake again!" He says.
You suddenly freeze. Him letting you go was a... mistake?
