❤CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE: ALL ABOUT LOVE ❤

A/N: in celebration of Valentine's day today,i decided to update. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you,Chapter Thirty-One. All about Love. Enjoy!!

FRIGGA'S POV

Megan stared at me for a long moment."I don't believe you." She told me flatly. I let out a long frustrated sigh. Were mortals always this stubborn? No wonder Loki couldn't Stand them.

"what can I do to make you believe me?" I asked her.

She thought for a moment."Get him to tell it to my face."

"What?"

"Yes,you heard me." She said smugly."Since you boast of being so close and all to him,get him to come to me and confess his undying love to me."

My eyes widened in panic. This is not how I had envisioned things to go. I couldn't ask Loki to come confess his love to her. If I did that,he would find out I had gone behind his back and met the lady Megan. He was going to be furious.

"what, cat got your tongue?" Megan laughed,pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Er..no." I blinked, looking away from her."I will talk to Loki and get him to come to you." I told her,forcing a bright smile in my worried face.

SIF'S POV

I had just gotten back to the palace from the stables and was headed for my chambers when I bumped into Fandraal. He looked a bit tipsy and I assumed he had just come from one of his usual drinking sprees.  I did not wish to speak to him,but seeing him in the palace excited me. That meant Thor was back,since they had gone to battle together."You're back a day early! Is Thor also back?" I asked,a huge grin plastered on my face as I ran to him.

"Yes,my lady." He said."We were just celebrating,in fact. I excused myself for a while. I went looking for you."

I dropped the smile and went serious."Why were you looking for me?" I asked."Did you lose the battle?"

"No,of course not." He answered."With Thor on our side,you know we have always won."

He took several steps closer to me,taking my hand in his. Then,in a lowered voice he said,"you know the real reason why I was looking for you,Sif. You know I missed you a lot,darling."

"Stop it." I said warningly,taking a step back,but he pulled me back.

"Oh,Sif,don't be like that. Why are you pretending? We both know you missed me too."

"No I didn't..."

"Yes you did." He insisted stubbornly."You know you love me. I can feel that you love me."

"Oh really.." I scoffed.

"Yes. I can feel it in your caresses,in your kisses,in the way you look at me.."

"No!" I snapped,getting irritated."what happened last time was nothing but a mistake. We were both drunk and NOTHING happened!"

He laughed,and I could smell the alcohol in his breath. "The only reason nothing happened is because we were interrupted before--"

"Don't blame it on Loki!" I cut him off, my temper now on the rise."Even if he hadn't walked in on us,I wouldn't have let anything happen between us! I don't love you,Fandraal! I belong with Thor!"

"Don't say that! Thor stole you away from me!" He growled angrily, throwing me against a wall."You are mine,Sif! And I will do anything to get you back!" He swore,and with that,he grabbed me and crashed his lips to mine,engaging me in a series of hungry kisses.

LOKI'S POV

"Loki.."

My eyes shot wide open as I jerked awake and sat upright on my bed. I couldn't believe what i had just seen. That whore Sif was at it again. Even after warning her,she was still fooling around with Fandraal. Wait until I got my hands on them..

"Loki.."

I was going to crush them. Tear them apart limb from limb..

"Loki!"

My head snapped up,startled,only to find my mother looking down at me with worry in her eyes."When did you get here? You gave me a fright!" I yelled at her.

"Are you alright,my dear? Were you having a nightmare?" She asked,placing a hand against my forehead."Goodness,you're burning up and so sweaty!" She exclaimed.

"I'm alright." I grunted,slipping my feet from under the covers and placing them on the floor."What brings you here mother? Have you come to bring me good news? You're taking me with you back to Asgard,aren't you?" I looked at her expectantly.

She scratched the back of her head."Um..not exactly." She replied.

I let out a groan."Then why are you here?"

She cleared her throat and placed a hand on my shoulder."Er..don't get mad,but..I went and saw lady Megan." She said,smiling nervously at me.

"WHAT?!"

"I'm sorry.."

"WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!"

"I just wanted to get to know her and--"

"AFTER I SPECIFICALLY TOLD YOU NOT TO!"

"I'm sorry!"

I got up from my bed and started pacing around my room."I can't believe you'd do that,mother!" I huffed,pinching the bridge of my nose."Now what will she think of me?!" I groaned.

"Don't worry,son. I didn't go as myself." She said."I disguised myself as a Russian exchange student from your school."

I stopped to look at her."Okay,and?"

"I told her you loved her."

"MOTHER!!!"

"What? Its true,isn't it? You are burdened with glorious feelings for her!"

"No!"

"But she loves you too!"

"Did she tell you she loves me?"

"Not exactly,but.."

I raised a hand to make her stop talking."Please,stop trying to play matchmaker and let us be."I told her,trying my best to calm down."Just take me back home. Megan loves Diego,anyway."

"So you're saying you at least like her--"

"I'm not saying anything!" I snapped. Oh heavens,why was she testing my patience?

Mother was silent for a moment."You and I both know that those are not your true feelings,but alright,I will stop insisting."

"Thank you." I huffed.

She nodded sadly."Very well. I will take care of everything in preparation for your return to Asgard."

"Please do." I said.

"Alright. I will inform you when everything is settled." She walked toward me and patted my shoulder."See you soon,son." She then turned around walked right through a wall.

And she was gone.
