FRIGGA'S POV

Everything in the great hall looked perfect. As i walked out, looking for my sons, i took a moment to appreciate all the decorations. From the lovely banners hung on either side to form a corridor down the middle of the fire-lit room, the giant doors polished impeccably, to everyone dressed to impress. Everything looked magnificent.

As I walked out to the waiting room, I noticed a huge figure silhouetted against the bright light beyond. As I walked forward, I recognized the unmistakeable shape of Thor, mingling with the other guests in attendance. A servant handed him a goblet of wine, and he quickly chugged it down before hurling it towards the fire directly below him. "Another!" He yelled, as the others cheered after him.

"Thor, come here." I called him. He turned to me, a bright smile on his face, and wrapped me in a big hug.

"Mother." He laughed."I see you have come to celebrate with me. Here," he grabbed a goblet from a passing servant and handed it to me," have a drink."

"Not now. Maybe later."  I declined, putting it away."I need to talk to you and your brother, together. Have you seen him?"

"No, I haven't." He answered. "He's probably locked away somewhere with his books."

"Now where could he be?" I wondered out loud.

"Don't worry, mother. He'll surely show up before the ceremony starts." Thor assured me, giving me one strong pat on the shoulder. "You can just tell me what you wanted to say and I'll pass on the message to him too."

"Very well." I nodded. "I just wanted to tell you that the two of you should put your differences aside and be happy for one another, even if it's just for today."

"Ah, don't worry about that mother." He said, his face turning serious. "I had a talk with lady Megan last night during supper, and what she said to me made think things through. I do not wish to continue holding a grudge against my brother. I wish for us to reconcile."

"Really?" I was surprised. "May I know what Megan told you?"

He looked at me for a short moment and shook his head. "That's not important, mother." He said. "What's important is that her words opened my eyes, and I am ready to start changing things."

"Does this mean that the wedding is back on?" I asked curiously. He hesitated for a moment, and when he was about to answer me we were suddenly interrupted by Lizzie and Adam, both of them formally dressed in traditional Asgardian attire.

"Queen Frigga," Lizzie spoke,"we were looking for you. Everything looks fantastic!"

"Thank you, my dear." I nodded and smiled appreciatively. "You look lovely as well, both of you." I complimented.

"What time is the ceremony starting?" Adam asked.

"Any time from now. Shouldn't be long." Thor answered.

"So Thor," Lizzie nudged his sides,"how does it feel knowing you're going to be crowned king in just a few minutes?"

"Nerve-wrecking." He answered truthfully."But I'm quite excited at the same time," he added,"I cannot wait to serve my people."

"That's good." Lizzie nodded in approval.

"Excuse me," i interrupted their conversation,"but by any chance, have any of you seen Loki?" I asked. I really felt that I needed to have a talk with him as well.

"If I'm correct I think he's still in his room or something." Adam answered. "He said he'll be here shortly."

"Thank you." I said. "I'll leave you now. Have fun." I flashed them a gracious smile and left to go find Loki. I was almost out the door when I bumped into Megan and Annie. They both looked gorgeous dressed in long flowing Asgardian gowns and their hair beautifully tied up in jaw dropping styles. Walking behind them was Loki, his helmet in hand.
