MEGAN'S POV

"What are you doing there?" Lizzie questioned when she walked inside my room, laundry basket in hand. Since morning I had been staring at Loki's house behind the curtains of my bedroom windows hoping to see someone,something..anything really. For people who tried to kidnap and murder me,I sure missed them a lot.

"I'm not doing anything.I guess I'm just bored."I answered my sister,a false smile plastered on my face. She walked across my room and started stuffing my dirty laundry (placed in a corner on the floor),into the basket."Go out.Do something. Honestly staring out of your window like that is starting to weird me out." She said."You've been there since morning!" She pointed out.

"I have no social life. What the heck am I supposed to do exactly?" I asked, letting out a long sigh. I finally left my window and plopped my body on the bed,face-first.

"If you have no life, like you say, then work." Lizzie suggested.

There was no way I was going to work on a Saturday."No." I told her flatly.

"Come on,come to work with me today, help a sister out. It'll be fun working with me. I'll give you freebies if you want."

"Sounds tempting..but no."

"Ah,come on,Megan.."

She wasn't going to let this one go now,was she? I sat up and looked up at her. "You know what? I just remembered that I do have a life,in fact,Lizzie." I said, flashing her my biggest smile. "I'm going out for a walk."

She groaned in return.

"You'll miss me. You wait and see." Lizzie said, sticking her tongue out at me as she left my room.

"I'll miss the cupcakes you're going to make, not you."I called after her.

When she was finally gone I walked to my closet and stared at my clothes. As much as i hated the idea of going out,Lizzie had a point. I couldn't spend all my time behind closed doors, waiting for the impossible to happen.

I had absolutely nothing to wear. Most of the outfits I had looked outdated to me. I settled on a black tee and a pair of faded blue jeans. I could never go wrong with those. For makeup I only put on mascara and lip gloss before finally deciding that I looked decent enough to step out.

I thought about going to Annie's place but I figured she would be too busy with Harry and such. She's reaIly excited about their new relationship. I finally decided to go to the park. It was a beautiful day and I could take a nice walk, get some icecream, maybe sit at the pond or something. The walk there was short and quiet, and I actually felt a little less worse.

I was headed to the pond area when I heard someone call my name. I froze. That voice sounded nowhere near familiar.

Or maybe there was another Megan in the park?

Yes,that had to be it.

I kept walking, but the voice sounded more distinctively now."Megan Sky. I'm talking to you, don't walk away."

Oh crap. What now?

Taking a deep breath,I spun around, not knowing what to expect.

SIF'S POV

After everything that had happened,I did not wish to go back to Midgard, but Queen Frigga requested my presence, and I simply could not refuse her."What exactly have we come to do? You never explained our mission to me." I said to her as soon as we appeared at Thor and Loki's former Midgardian residence.

"I want to meet the lady Megan." Said the Queen, straightening her dress then smiling at me.

"Why?" I asked."Do you plan to take her back to Asgard?"
