Renae: yh?
Mason: um, Ik you have a crush on Bailey, but I'm really feeling you
Renae: had a crush on Bailey*
Mason: does that mean I have a chance 😏
My fingers dance over my phone as I thought of how to reply to him
Mason's POV
I was really anxious for Renae to reply to me. I really like her and I know she had a crush on Bailey but I really want her to like me aswell.
Renae: yh you have a chance x
Mason: good x
Mason: Cinema tomorrow with squad yh x
Renae's POV
Renae: erm, idk x
Mason: I'll come to your yard and pick you up x
I smiled to myself
Renae: Yh okay x
Mason: good good x
Renae: My dad has a few rules and regulations ..x
Mason: ik b, no sex, no touching, no lipsing, no love bites x
Renae: basically yh x
Mason: if it means I can eventually get you, then I'm down for anything x
Renae: arwhh x
Amirah's POV
We made our way back home and I was just feeling like shit. I walked upstairs to our room passin Angel's room that was all ready and prepared for her. My eyes started to fill with tears and I just kept walking to our room
Dylan started to tell all the relevant family and friends the news because I wouldn't be able to handle anyone asking me about Angel.
When he did that, he went to go and pick up Devontae from my parents.
Dylan's POV
"Daddy!!"
"Hi little man"
"where mummy?"
"at home"
"where baby?"
I took a deep breath and looked up to Aaron and Jaydene and then I bent down to his level. I don't know how I'm meant to explain to my son, that is almost 2, that his sister died a few minute after birth
"um" I cleared my throat "the baby um, the baby died"
He looked at me puzzled
"that means that we're not gonna see her because she's gone away now. Her name's Angel"
He frowned "see her?"
I shook my head and looked down before looking up "we're not gonna see her?"
"ever?"
I nodded
He frowned again and started to cry so I picked him up and hugged him.
When he calmed down we said bye to my parents in law and then we made our way home. I strapped him into the car seat in the passengers seat and we made our way home.
"Devontae"
"yes daddy?"
"mummy is really upset"
"give mummy hugs"
I smiled "yh we'll give mummy hugs"
He smiled back and then started to fall asleep.
When we got home, I carried him upstairs and laied him down to sleep. I went to check on Amirah that was just sat up in bed.
"Um I told Devontae"
She looked up at me
"He understands the fact that he's not gonna get to see her and he was really upset. He cried"
She looked back down and I sat next to her in bed
I hugged her close to me "It's okay baby, we're gonna get through this"
