Chapter 17

The partner project is due in a few weeks, its 1 am, we're still at the park and Shawn and I already done with asking all the questions we could think of. Even some dirty ones that made us laugh like crazy.
We were just sitting there in silence when my phone started playing the Headband remix by B.O.B indicating that someone was calling me.

"Hello?"

"Hi! Oh my god thank you for answering. Shawn isn't answering his but um.. Megan I need to talk to you."

"Ok hang on."

I got up and walked over towards where the changing rooms are and Shawn looked at me confused.

"Aaliyah what happened."

"R-Raiden and Jack are here and it's just me him and jack cause mum went out and they...."

"Say no more I'm on my way I'll be there in like 5 or 6 minutes."

Before hanging up, she said thank you and she sounded like she was crying.
I shoved my phone in my pocket and basically ran passed Shawn ignoring everything he said.

"MEGAN WAIT UP!"

He caught up to me but was practically running from how fast I was walking.

"Where are you going?"

"Somewhere important. If you wanna get there with me, run."

I started running to his house and eventually got there.
I could hear Raiden yelling a little and I heard Jacks voice.
This is gonna be a fun encounter.
I opened the door and saw Raiden in tears and Jacks face was as red as Raidens sweater (which was pretty red).

"JACK WHAT THE HELL!"

His head snapped towards me and he looked shocked.

"Megan..."

Shawn walked up behind me and I could hear his heavy breathing and he put his hands on my shoulder.

"Raiden what happened? Where's Aaliyah?"

"Aaliyahs upstairs..."

Shawn quickly went upstairs which left me with the boys.

"Ok. Start explaining."

"Aaliyah and I were talking and Jack said that he was gonna go out with Chelsea to a party so I got pissed at him because he can't just leave us here alone all night and then he started screaming and it scared Aaliyah so she ran up to her room and Jack and I have been screaming at each other ever since."

"Jack and Chelsea..... Hmm.. Wonder if you'll abuse her too!"

"Megan I only did it to you because..."

"Because you're a fucking asshole?!"

"Megan you're just making him even madder."

"Raiden I can handle this just go upstairs with Shawn and Aaliyah."

He ran up the stairs and I looked at Jack.

"I did it because you deserve it."

"I deserved it? I think it's more like YOU deserved to be hit!"

"You were always acting so bad to me!"

"I ACTED BAD TO YOU?! BITCH PLEASE I WAS LOYAL TO YOU JACK! IVE NEVER BEEN THAT LOYAL TO ANYONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HOW WAS I BEING BAD?"

"YOU JUST WERE OK? YOU'RE A FUCKING WHORE AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT! EVEN SHAWN!"

I felt my face soften a little and a little pain in my chest.

"I'm... A whore?"

"YES!"

"Wow Jack... Thanks a lot. I understand clearly why you dated me... Because I'm a " whore". We both know the real whore is Chelsea."

"DONT TALK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT!"

"WHY NOT YOU TALK ABOUT ME LIKE THAT!"

He looked at me like her was about to break something but he didn't.
He glanced behind me and his expression softened to about the same as mine"

"What? Is what you did to me the passed 5 years finally hitting you?"

"Megan.... Raiden and Aaliyah are right behind you...."

I turned around and Aaliyah was balling her eyes out and Shawn was hugging her and Raiden just starred at Jack in shock.

"You guys heard that whole thing didn't you.."

They nodded.
