Chapter 10

"Gemma you're lying to me. Shawn does not love me."

"I'm not lying to you Megan. I'll send you screenshots of the messages if i have to."

"Fine I believe you just don't send me the screenshots.. That's going a little to far."

"Hey, if it mean't you'd believe me then I was willing to go that far."

I laughed and whipped my eyes.

"Thank you for listening Gem. I appreciate it"

"You're welcome boo. You needed to vent so I listened."

"Haha"

"After all, it's what friends are for. Anyways, I'll come over later and we can eat ice cream and watch movies."

"Ok. Bye."

"Bye."

I hung up and flopped backwards on the couch and thats when I noticed.

"Oh shit. Shawn I thought you left with the guys and my mom.."

"Nope... i uh... i was here for the entire thing.."

"Sorry you had to hear me freak out.."
"It's fine but.."

"But what?"

Shawn walked over to the couch and sat down beside me. He pulled me onto his lap and hugged me. His hugs are absolutely amazing even though i've only have a few of them. I hugged him back and rested my head on his shoulder.

"I think after last night and this morning, we're pretty close now."

I smiled and said
"Yeah."
