Chapter 52

When we were done writing our speeches, i was tired as fuck.
It took us both almost 5 hours to finish them and it was now 11 at night and i was bored as fuck

"Shaaaawwwwwnnnn...."

"Yes baby?"

"Im boooorrreedd."

"Well, do you want to cuddle and watch mov-"

"WE CAN GO ON THE TRAMPOLINE!!!!"

"Megan, its almost midnight.. you really wanna go out there?"

"Ye."

He sighed and then grinned.

"Ok. Lets go"

"YAAAYYY"

he laughed and i jumped up from my chair and ran downstairs and he followed close behind.
I ran outside and over to the trampoline.
i got on and Shawn sat on the grass near it.

"Hang on imna try and see if i can still do my tuck."

"Your what?"

"My back tuck.... its something in cheer."

"You were in cheerleading"

"yeah, when i was like, 9😂"

"Oh. Well, lets see if you still got it."

i got in a spot that gave me enough room to do it and out of the corner of my eye, i saw Shawn pull out his phone.
I bounced a little as i saw his flashlight come on and i flipped backwards.
I landed on my butt but i still did it.

"I DID IT!!!"

"YEEAAAHHH!"

I laughed and so did he and then the light went out.

"You snapchatted that didnt you."

"Maybe...."

"You little but. Get your ass-"

I was cut off by a window opening and a yell.

"Megan! Go to bed sweetheart its midnight."

"Sorry dad...."

He closed the window and then i got off the trampoline.
Shawn and i walked into the house and up to my room.

"You staying or are you gonna go home?"

"I think im gonna stay."

"Ok :)"

He smirked and winked at me causing me to blush.

"You're cute when you blush."

That comment only made me blush even more and i covered my cheeks.
I heard the door close and Shawn walked over to me and uncovered my face.

"C'mon, lets get some sleep"

I nodded while smilinh and out of the blue, i got a twist in my stomach and my smile went away.

"Megan... you ok?"

I tried to speak but i couldnt.
What if something goes bad on monday and shawn doesnt like thr speech i wrote about him?
What if Jack does something bad to us this weekend or on monday?
oh god... these thoughts are too much.

"Babe....."

"Y-yeah?"

"Everything ok?"

"Yeah.. everythings fine i just realized im, really tired."

He gave me an unsure look but i gave him a smile and the look sort of went away.

"Ok.... lets go to bed."

When got into bed and all snuggled up, he pulled me in closer to him than normal.

"Just know that i love you, ok? And if you're worried about Jack doing something to ruin us, dont worry about it alright babygirl?"

i nodded and he kissed me.
We havent had a real kiss in a while and it felt relaxing.
Its like he was lifting all the stress off my shoulders with his big, strong arms and replacing it with hugs and kisses and relaxation.
The kiss lasted a while longer and then we finally pulled away.

"Goodnight baby."

"Good night Shawnie. Love you"

"Love you too princess."

And with that being said, i fell asleep peacefully in his arms.
