Chapter 53 (part 4/4)

Shawns POV:
I was up at the front of the class waiting for my teacher to tell me to start my speech.
The one Megan wrote was amazing it literally had me crying.
I loved it so much but not as much as I love her.

"Start whenever you're ready shawn"

I nodded and looked at Megan who smiled at me causing me to smile too.
I unfolded me speech and started.

"Hi uh, my names Shawn as you all know and my partner for this project is Megan Dolan. If you were to just meet this beautiful young lady, you'd think she'd be an innocent girl who plays by the rules but you'd be 110% wrong. What I love about her is the way she smiles whenever I say something cute, or how she giggles a little when I hug her from behind. The way she blushes when I embarrass her in public is so cute, you could die from it. Megan's not like any other girls. She stands up for what she believes in and if something isn't right, she'll say something. Megan is the strongest, talented, beautifulest, nicest, and loyalest girl I've ever known. Over these weeks, I've learned many things about her that have made me love her as much as I do but I'm only gonna say a few just so you guys don't love her like i do."

I heard some of the guys laugh and I even hear a little giggle from Megan which only made me blush but I continued.

"Megan's full name is Megan Vivian Dolan. She was born in Dallas, Texas but moved here when she was 8. Her favourite colours are Black, blue, green and red. She's 5'8, has 2 older brothers who are twins and has the most gorgeous eyes ever. Megan had a relationship before mine and she wasn't comfortable in so when she broke up with him, I knew I had to be there for her because I was Inlove with her. The bond Megan has with my little sister is probably the cutest thing you'd ever see. If almost like 2 puppy's cuddling together."

The class 'aw'ed and I contined.

"Now, Megan may not be a superhero like Superwoman but I know that if I didn't have her in my life, it would all be going down hill but what she's done to change it is pretty much like a super hero to me. Your hero may wear a cape, but mine wears her heart on her sleeve. And I don't think I could ask for a better best friend or better girlfriend than Megan. Now if you don't mind. I'd like to take a few more minutes out of your day to show you this slideshow."

I finished my speech and looked over at Logan who was by the lights.
I nodded to him and he turned them off as my teacher pressed play on the slideshow.
All it was is just pictures of her, me and her and her and my sister having fun.
In the background I played her favourite song Stitches written by me.
I was smirking a little as I watched the pictures but in a matter of seconds, I felt a pair of soft, plump lips on mine.
When she pulled away I smiled.

"I love you so much shawn. Thank you you're the best boyfriend ever. I couldn't ask for anyone better in my life."

"I love you so much Megan. I hope i spend the rest of my life with you."

"Pretty sure we can make that happen."

And just like that, Megan was mine forever.
A few years later, we got married and then a few years after that, we had a daughter named Stella and a son named Greyson. Megan's brother picked the name haha.
I don't think I could ever ask for anything better in life than what I have right now.
