Chapter 47

We pulled up into Damien's driveway and I got out of the car but before closing the door I looked back at Shawn.

"Remember, stay here. Ethan and Grayson don't know you're with me"

"Ok. I'll stay here baby, don't worry."

I smiled and mouthed the words 'Thank You' as I closed my door and walked up to the front door.
I looked back at the car and saw Shawn watching me with something like heart eyes.
What's gotten into him?
I mean, I know he loves me but he's gotten really clingy.
I was in my thoughts looking at Shawn when the door opened and I got pulled into the house.

"MEGAN!!!"

The person who pulled me in was hugging me and I could tell it was Damien.

"Ugh! Get off my Damien!"

I pushed him off me and he stepped back.

"Where are Grayson and Ethan?"

"Outside...."

"Where outside?"

"I don't know."

"FFS DAMIEN THAT DOESN'T HELP!"

"I'M SORRY!"

"Fuck off."

I walked out of the house and saw Shawn sitting on the hood of the car.

"Theyre not in there?"

"They're out here somewhere. I'll be right back."

"Megan wait!"

I ran to the left side of the house and saw Ethan.
He was sitting by the bush with his knees to his chest.

"Ethan! Holy shit thank God you're here! Guess who's at the house! It's d-"

He looked up at me and there were tears in his eyes.
Why is everyone crying today?
I mean, I was crying but still

"Ethan.."

"Damien just... He just..."

"He what? Spit it out.."

"He just hit a d-dog with his c-car and then made Grayson and I burry it..."

"Well where's grayson?"

"He started walking home."

I sighed.

"C'mon... If hes going home then we should to."

"Ok."

Ffs.... All this commotion over a dog?

"Oh and by the way... The dog belonged to Gemma."

I ignored what he said and we just kept walked to the car where Shawn was back in it.

"Why'd you bring Shawn?"

"I had no choice.. He wanted to come and he wouldnt take no for an answer."

Ethan got in the backseat and I got in the driver's seat.

"Megan... Is he OK?"

"Hes just crying because dam-"

"DONT TELL HIM!"

"Ok Ok I won't... Geez."

I leaned over to Shawn and whispered in his ear.

"I'll tell you later tonight"

"Ok"

I started the car and then we drove back home.
