The Night We Went Back Home Part 2

I am here hiding under the bushes. Clad and I were on our way to the meadow kung saan bubuksan ni Morgan ang portal patungo sa Saphore when a bunch of vampires attacked us. Ang kaso hindi lang basta basta bampira ang mga umaatake sa amin. Sila ang elite forces ng elders. D-amn those elders! Pano kaya nila nalaman ang tungkol sa plano? At talagang pipigilan nila kami? Ayaw na ba nilang maging tao ulit? We're doing them and the whole human race of Firenze a favor for pete's sake!

Nagkahiwalay rin kami ni Clad. Nung pag-atake sa amin doon din kami nagkahiwalay strategy ata ng kalaban.

Humahangos akong umalis sa pinagtataguan ko. Napuruhan kasi ako, lalo na yung braso ko duguan na ito, sabay sabay kasi umatake 'tong mga p-esteng bampirang ito.

I was looking for Clad. Alam kong all-powerful vampire siya but still I can't help but worry about him. Palinga-linga ako sa paligid at sobrang tahimik nito then all of a sudden may bampirang sumakal sa akin mula sa likuran ko. Ah! Kapag minamalas ka nga naman.

He was ready to bite my neck ngunit mas nauna siyang mapugutan ng ulo. It was Clad!

"Clad!" I hugged him and he hugged me back

"I'm glad you're safe, love...What happened to your arm?" he asked ng mapansin niyang nagdurugo iyon

"It's nothing" iiling iling kong sabi sa kanya, "I'm glad you are safe"

"I'll take you to Malcolm. He can heal you" aya ni Clad, but I don't want to dahil kailangan niya ng magpunta sa meadow sa kung nasaan si Morgan this is their one way ticket back home at hindi ko hahayaang mamiss niya ito. Plus the fact na magre-release ng poison na siyang tanging papatay sa kanya. I won't risk it. I was about to say no when somebody speak.

"You are not going anywhere, Clad Bloodworth? a man said kaya agad kaming napalingon sa pinanggalingan ng boses and we found out it was the elders, George Brickenridge and Mary Liu. I've seen their profile in the headquarters before.

"Mary? George?" Clad

"I missed you, Clad" Mary said then she snake her arms around Clad's neck

And because I am Astrid Turner I grabbed her hair and pulled her away from my boyfriend. Napasigaw tuloy siya ng "ouch" malanding 'to!

"What the hell are you doing?" sigaw niya sa akin. Naku ang arte pa!

"I forgot to introduce myself, the name's Astrid Turner, vampire hunter and Clad's girlfriend" I said smirking

"You what the hell are you doing Mary, we're here to kill them!" galit na sigaw ni George sa babae, napairap na lamang si Mary at sumagot ng "I know!" in a b-itchy way.

Naramdaman ko naman ang paghawak ni Clad sa pulso ko.

"You have to get out of here, Astrid" he whispered in my ear. Napasimangot naman ako

"And what? Hayaan kang kalabanin sila ng mag isa? Ayoko Clad, I'll stay with you" pagmamatigas ko, "And don't you dare do that mind control thing to me para mapasunod mo ako Clad Bloodworth or else babayagan kitang talaga!"

Sa sitwasyon naming ngayon nakuha pang tumawa ni Clad sa sinabi ko.

"God! I'm indeed in love with you" he said then kissed me on the forehead, "Now go" saka niya ako tinulak palayo at dahil luting ako dahil...Did he just say he is indeed in love with me?
