Find them quick

Malcolm Seph

I first learned about my ability when Stefan Cortrade barge into our room and killed me. When he shove that sword right into my heart, I really thought I would die. That was a fatal blow for vampires, na kahit pa imortal sila pero kapag puso na ang inatake, mamatay at mamatay sila.

When I opened my eyes I was still in my room but Clad wasn't there or even that bastard, Stefan. I was alone or so I thought until a man came out from the shadows.

"Who are you!" My younger self asked

He squatted in front of me para maglebel ang aming tingin. Ang una kong napansin ay ang kulay ng kanyang mata. Dilaw ito at parang diamanteng kumikinang sa madilim na kwarto.

"Hello there, Klea's child" he greeted

"S-sino ka?"

"I am you, but you will only become me after your ninth death" he smirked, "This is the first time you've unchained me, I will wait for eight more. And from then on I will take over, Malcolm Bloodworth" he said before he disappeared. After I blinked I was back in our room and Stefan was standing in front of my brother, soulless.

I told Clad about the man I met when I was dead. I referred to him as the monster who'll take over my body after my ninth death. Clad believed me. But we couldn't help but wonder, how did the monster ended up inside my body?

"You don't die, you always come back. Rocco is the same. So there is a possibility that you are Rocco" ani pa ni Morgan

"He's your monster, Malcolm" sabi naman ni Clad

Napatango tango ako. What tey said makes sense. Maybe, I am Rocco after all.

I smirked, "We are so gonna get them back tonight" finally.

Kayla Gabrielle

Nakatingin ako sa akong repleksyon sa salamin. Tonight is the night. Morgan already told me what I have to do, mukhang napag aralan niya na spell nung mga oras na tulog ako. All I have to do is to chant the spell over and over again. I can do that. I've been learning Karina's resurgere for the past days. Malcolm provided me the right materials.

Lumabas na ako sa kwarto at saka bumaba sa hagdan. Nakita kong naroon na ang tatlo sa ibana. They looked ready and impatient, lalong lalo na si Malcolm na sinisimangutan ako. Lagi na lang.

"Oh please little witch, kahit sa pagbaba sa hagdan please do take your time" sarkastiko niyang sabi. Kanina niya pa ako pinagmamadali. I get it. Hindi na siya makapaghintay na makita muli yung babaeng kinababaliwan niya. Whoever that is.

Nginiwian ko siya at inirapan niya naman ako.

I stopped beside him at nilibot ang tingin sa paligid. We have a candle at the center, my spell book beside me, a dagger, and at tatlong gintong kopita.

"Keep chanting the spell until we're back safe" paalala ni Morgan sa akin at tumango ako.

"Don't mess this up, Little girl or else I'll kill you" pagbabanta naman ni Malcolm. Gago!

"You can do this Kayla" at ang panghuli ay si Clad, napayuko ako dahil ramdam ko ang pamumula. Hindi ko makalimutan ang ang kagagahang ginawa ko kanina. I pretended to be asleep para lang buhatin niya ako. Ha!

At sa kanilang tatlo, siya lang talaga itong nagpalakas ng loob ko.

I started chanting the spell habang inaabot ang dagger, agad namang inilahad ni Malcolm ang kanyang kamay at kinuha ko ito. Who would've thought that he's the gatekeeper of the underworld? Hindi rin talaga siya basta basta, ano?

Marahas kong pinasadahan ng dagger ang kanyang pulso. Napangisi ako nang makitang halos mapa aray siya sa sakit dahil sa ginawa ko. Sinamaan niya ako ng tingin pero inignora ko ito.

I took one cup at pinatulo ang dugo ni Malcolm roon. At saka sinalinan ang iba ba. Nang matapos, I stopped chanting the spell at saka inilagay ko ang mga cup sa kanilang harapan.

The first part of the spell is done.

"Bottoms up" ani ko at pinanood sila habang iniinom nila ang likidong nasa kopita

"Vampires are so disgusting" ani Morgan sabay pahid ng kung ano sa kanyang bibig.

"Find them quick. Your time is limited" sabi ko kay Malcolm saka walang anu-ano'y sinaksak siya sa kanyang puso.

Wow, that felt good! Bumagsak ang katawan niya sa sahig at saka ko naman binalingan ang dalawa.

"Next, please" I smiled sweetly

When all of them is down on the floor, dead and cold. I began chanting the spell again. Now this...is the real deal.

Isang minuto pa lamang ang lumipas ay ramdam ko na ang epekto ng spell. My body reacted through bleeding. The blood came out from my nose. Shit! Two more minutes and this will be over, kaya bilisan niyo Malcolm. Bago pa tuluyang bumigay ang katawan ko.
