This was wrong. You against his chest, one leg wrapped around his, breathing hot air onto his neck as with his open hand, he switched through channels on the TV. This was wrong. His arm around your shoulder, lips pressed to your forehead as you snaked your hand to his hair. This was so wrong. But why, oh Jesus Christ why, did it feel so right? This shouldn't be happening. Josh knew that. If his friends knew, they would leave him and ridicule him, call him all sort of names and just be absolutely disgusted with him for the rest of his life. If your friends knew, they would be horrified. Your parents would probably disown you, at the least.
That wouldn't be so bad. You untangled your hands from Josh's hips and brought your hands in front of your face. Your wrist's were almost healed. IF you hadn't met Josh, there would be a dozen fresh scars over them, if not more. Josh realized what you were looking at, and faced your wrists to his. He began to slowly kiss every healing scar, brushing his soft lips over your sensitive skin. You looked into his eyes when he gently kept your hands back around his neck.
"josh..." you whispered. You thought to yourself, only 3 years right? But it was not an only. You were 15, and he was 18. This was barely legal, but when did you care about legalities. You literally met over the topic of buying illegal weed from Josh's best friend, Tyler. you smiled softly, remembering the look in his eyes when they met yours. lust, curiosity, and worry.
"yes baby" your body shivered with pleasure everytime he called you Baby. And that was the only thing, other than your nickname and your name, that he called you.
"I don't think I can do this anymore." you muttered against his lips. Both of you were still half asleep. So the reality of anything you were saying didn't hit you as hard, but was still hitting you hard enough. Josh frowned slightly and got up, still frozen in place by your legs around him.
"Baby, what do you mean?"
"The secrets, Josh, there fucking tearing me apart,"
"I know, Baby, we can make it thr-"
"No babe, this is torture, I need everyone to know your mine and fucking only mine. To tell that whore ass at Starbucks to lay off"
"No one would ever talk to me again, (y/n)" Your eyes widened. He almost never called you by your real name.
"So, are we ignoring this conversation?" you asked Josh, slowly unwrapping your legs from his.
"I guess Baby." he said, pulling you closer as you tried to leave. You realize there would be no point in struggling to get out, so you gave in, pulling his face to yours, as your lips clashed. You pulled away, breathless.
"Jishy?"
"Yeah Baby?"
"I love you."
"I love you too baby."
You sighed in content as you snuggled closer to his shirtless chest.

you realized this was the last time you were ever seeing Josh. You spun around, and saw tears brimming in his eyes. You let one slip out of yours. Leaning in, he hugged you.
"Did we just break up?" you ask into his shoulder. You feel him nod as tears rolled down his face.
"Always know that I love you, (y/n), you will always be my baby." he says, as he pulls you in for a last kiss.

a few months after, you had moved out of your house to go live with your friend in new york. Although you could never truly forget about Josh, you tried your hardest to pretend that it was just a summer fling, but it truly wasn't. You eventually got into producing music, acknowledging but never noticing Josh's grown success. Josh did the same, as your own company started to pop up in almost every new alternative band, and Josh tried his best to ignore that you were still around, and that you might eventually end up meeting him. But this was something that was bound to happen, the universe, as it would seem, was a sucker for coincidences.
˚6 years later˚ -TØP concert-
You were going to regret this. You were going to regret this so much. Your little brother had become somewhat obsessed with the band that your first love was in. Seeing him so happy, you talked to some people and got meet and greets for him. (y/b/n) was overjoyed and was smiling the whole drive there. You had never seen him this happy. Now you were there, at the concert thoroughly enjoying the music but keeping your distance from the front row passes you had gotten. You didn't want to freak Josh out, but you didn't think he would remember you any way.
You knew that he had had many lasting and successful relationships after you, it sort of just happened in the news that you saw it. You told your brother that you were stepping out and walked outside with a nod to the security guards. You pulled out a cigarette and inhaled a long drag of smoke after lighting it. Sighing after a few more drags you pressed into the wall to take out the light. You threw it into the trash and walked back in, when your phone starting ringing.
"Yeah (y/b/n)?"
"The MEET AND GREET IS LIKE IN LITERALLY 20 SECONDS GET YOUR BUTT INSIDE" he yelled through the phone. You laughed, but inside you were terrified.

There were 4 more people in front of you. You were internally freaking out. Josh was less than 7 feet away from you, yet behind the numerous people, you couldn't sees him at all. The crowd cleared as you were the first in line. You took a deep breath in, and that managed to slightly lower the twisting feeling in your stomach. Josh smiled at you and your brother as you stepped forward. He couldn't stop staring at you as he signed your brothers drumsticks. He smiled widely and looked at you.
"I'm sorry, you look very familiar, whats your name?"he asks, looking into your eyes with his chocolate ones.
"(y/n)..." you say slowly. Recognition sparks in his eyes and his smile slowly drops.
"I used to know someone named (y/n). She was beautiful, and kind, and I loved her." he whispers the last part. Your eyes start to brim with tears, as he pushes off the desk.
"I need to take a little break Tyler, ok?" Tyler nods, confused. He looks at you as he signs your brother's drumsticks and photo as well. He gets up and whispers something to the security guard. Moments later you're in a room with just you Josh and Tyler.
"Josh, tell me who this is right now. The way you look at her, it reminds me of the... incident" Tyler says, looking at Josh and then pointedly you.
"Tyl-er, I don't know if-" Josh starts his voice cracking at the first word. Tyler looks at Josh with broken eyes. You can feel Josh immediately regret that, opening his moth to speak again.
"Josh" you interrupt. His tear filled eyes look at you. His hands fumble with each other as his body shifts in your direction.
"I missed you." you choke out, your voice barely above a whisper. Suddenly your enveloped in Josh's arms, his face buried into your hair.
"Oh Baby" he muttered. You wrapped your arms around his waist and smiled. You truly missed this. His head nestled into your neck, sending tingling sensations down your back. Your hands interlocked around his waist. You were young, but hopelessly in love.
How could you forget?
