#20 - The Girl With No Heart
I
I was happy and contented.
I only used my head.
No need for the thing called heart
For it would not do any part.
II
People came, and always left to go.
No one ever stayed so
I always forgot everyone after
For they would do the same to me over.
III
Then I tripped and fell.
It was the start to ring a bell.
I was dumb and stupid to realize
I've already fallen to my surprise.
IV
No one caught me, and it was rough.
Why would there even be?
I was never enough
And never would be.
V
I am happy and contented.
I only use my head.
No need for the thing called heart
For nothing from it was left.
