Oh no, here we go again.
Struck by a guitar man once again.
Been there, done that
But still took another shot.
II
I couldn't help but look at gorgeous him.
Truly inevitable because I sit next to him.
Always mezmerized by those dimples on his cheeks.
Dazzled by his voice when he sings every song he picks.
III
Like a sailor, I was lured in by that siren.
I tried to stop but I found myself back again.
Caught by a wave of feelings, I tried swimming
But feelings were too strong, and I was drowning.
IV
And like what was expected, it wasn't reciprocated.
Now guess who ended up broken hearted?
I hated to say I told you so, self.
Now, look at what you did to yourself.
V
Everything was a huge waste of time.
I hoped this would be the last time.
Well, I did learn a valuable love lesson.
I love myself, and I didn't need another person.
