I wake up and I'm in the back seat of a car. Still tied up and gagged. I take off the gag and I groan. "Good morning sunshine." Lola says and I scoff. "Why are you taking me with you?" She laughs. "So I can ensure my safety, if you're here then they can't hurt me." I laugh. "Well I'm a fugitive so I doubt I'm going to ensure your safety." She scoffs. "Whatever you're still valuable to them." I scoff as I sat back. "Hey Lola one question how did you manage to keep your sister off the grid?" She scoffs. "Why do you want to know?" "I'm curious, I mean you're going to kill me anyways so who cares if I know right?" She chuckles. "Well a long time ago she supposedly died from an accident but she didn't and ever since then we have been posing as one person, and we've been stealing and you know it's easy I mean we are identical twins but that night..." She started to sob. "She went crazy, she wanted out and she was going to tell the Feds everything and I couldn't let her do that, all the hard work was not going to go down the drain. We were fighting at that home in which Killian had supposedly stolen from. Anyways my sister kept slapping me that even blood came out and I don't know what happened to me that I just grabbed her by the neck to stop her but before I knew it I had killed her." I gasp. "I mean I loved her but she just went crazy and I mean I was going to take her body away but then I decided that if she's dead I'm dead too so I had to burn her body." I gasp. "Why did you frame Killian though?" She laughs. "He has you hooked doesn't he?" I give her a weird look. "Yeah he betrayed me so I thought this would be payback, we used to be partners. He's just using you honey once you've proven his innocence he will leave you." I stayed quiet. Is it possible that he was just using me? I mean our thing happened all of a sudden and that's when I remember everything we did. I can't believe that I slept with him. I was so mad, the one man who I think I'm in love with was only using me so I can prove his innocence. I guess I was a fool once again for falling for the wrong man. "So what are you going to do?" She laughs. "Well I'm going to take a plane to New York and once I'm there I'll probably sell you off somewhere or just like you said I'll kill you and then you won't be hurt by Killian's betrayal." I snarl. We arrive at an abandoned airport and I see the plane. She walks off and hands the pilot some money and he comes and grabs me. He puts the gag back on and throws me over his shoulder. They load me up on to the plane and tie me to one of the railings. Then the pilot goes and sits down and the plane starts to take off. Lola tries to close the door but it's stuck. "No what the hell are they doing here?" She says and I gasp. She walks over to me and slaps me. I literally feel like I blacked out. I feel blood oozing from my mouth. "You called them?" I shake my head. She checks my clothes and nothing. "Hurry up Frank." She screams to the pilot. He laughs. "I'm trying darling." That's when I see both Jerry and Killian trying to get on. Lola goes and pushes Jerry off the plane and Killian manages to get in the plane. I feel like I'm going to pass out, the bullet wound is hurting like hell and the slap did not help. Killian walks over to me and smiles. "Love are you ok?" I stayed quiet. That's when Lola comes and tackles Killian. I gasp. I tried to free myself but I had no luck. The plane started to spin and we were all spinning and flying around. Lola goes and hits Killian. Then Killian tackles her to the floor. She groans. Lola walks by me and I kick her down. The pilot comes over and Killian hits him. He's passed out and that's when the plane starts to fall. The door opened and the bag with the jewels was about to fall. Lola goes and grabs the bag and she falls out and Killian grabs her hand. She hits Killian and she falls right out of the plane. Killian gasps as he falls back inside. He puts the bag down and goes over to me and takes the gag off. "Drive the plane." I scream. He nods. He goes and straightens the plane and puts it in auto pilot. The pilot was laying next to me and starts to wake up and I kick him and he falls back down. Killian comes and tries to untie me and smiles. "I'm so happy you're alive my love." I roll my eyes and push him away. "Back the hell away from me." He gives me a weird look. "What's wrong?" "I don't want you close to me." He shakes his head. "Emma why are you acting like this?" I scoff. "When were you going to betray me and throw me off to the side?" He closes his eyes and sighs. I tried to push him but I was still tied up so I couldn't get to him. "At first I was going to use you but then I fell for you." I scoff and groaned from the pain. "Emma I have been an unhappy person, I became a thief to run away from my old life and when I found you I thought I could still get away with stealing but the more time I spent with you the more I wanted to get right and be the man you deserve." I stayed quiet. "Lola told me that once you've proven your innocence you were going to leave me." He sighs. "That might have been true when we first met but Emma, I fell for you, I love you. I want to be with you for the rest of my life, Emma please." I sat there quietly and I could see a tear fall from his eye. "You changed me agent Swan even though we've known each other for a little while but chasing each other for months and months made me wonder about you but at the end I fell for you and I don't know why or how but I did." I was so confused I didn't know what to believe. "How can I believe you? All the evidence says that you will betray and leave me." He comes up to me. "What does your heart say?" I close my eyes. "I don't know it's confused, scared and in pain." He half smiles. He starts to walk away because I stayed quiet. I tried to go up to him but I was still tied up. I wanted to be with him so bad that I just wanted to hug and kiss him. "I understand if you don't want to be with me Emma." I laughed. "You dummy head I'm tied up I can't go up to you." He laughed and walked over to me. He hugged me and I yelped. "I'm sorry love I forgot." He backed away and I sat there and smiled. "You know even though you're all bloody this whole you being tied up situation I could really dig." I shake my head. "You would." He laughs and he kisses me as he tries to un tie me. We walk over to the cock pit and he drives the plane back to the airport. Killian lands the plane and carries me out the plane. Jerry walks over to us and he gasps. "Emma are you ok?" I nod. The paramedics come and Killian places me on the gurney. "Where's Lola?" Killian and I sigh. "She tried to save the jewels and she fell out of the plane." Jerry gasps. "And the jewels?" "Killian left them in the plane along with the pilot who's passed out." Jerry gives Killian a weird look and Killian starts to panic. He gives Killian and handshake and nods. "Even though we couldn't prove that you stole those other stuff I apologize for accusing you of Lola's sisters murder, we got the evidence and you are indeed innocent." Killian nods. "Lola told me that her and Leslie, her sister posed as one person but that night Leslie wanted out and well things got out of hand and she killed Leslie." Jerry nods. "I see." I nod. "Thank you Emma." I nod. "Agents let's go check the plane." Jerry said and they all walked over to the plane and left us there. The paramedic starts to take me inside the ambulance. "Sir she will be taken to Estrella view medical you can meet her there." Killian nods at the paramedic. Killian blows me a kiss and I blush. They close the doors and they pump me some medicine that made me sleepy. After a couple of minutes, I just pass out.

Killian's POV
Hours pass by and I'm sitting in Emma's hospital room. She had to get surgery to get the bullet out and apparently she had dislocated her shoulder and broke her right wrist. I was so mad she got in front of me to save me and now she's in pain, I mean she's asleep but she shouldn't be in this state. I see her and she looks so peaceful. It broke my heart that she thought I was going to betray her and leave her. I mean when we first met I was planning on using her, I just thought she was another dumb agent who wanted to arrest me but she was different and now I can't live without her. I promise to change my ways because that's what Emma deserves, she deserves the best of version of me. I hear a groan and she opens her eyes. "How you doing love?" She smiles and closes her eyes again. I kiss her forehead and she smiles. I caress her cheek and I'm just happy that she's alive. Who knew that I Killian Jones, an art and jewel thief would fall in love with an FBI agent. She reaches out for my hand and I grab it tightly. She opens her eyes again. "Good evening agent Swan." She smiles. She tries to get up and groans. I push her back. "No no you cannot go anywhere." She groans then sighs. She looks at her hand and shoulder and sighs. "Wait why do I have this?" I sigh. "You dislocated your shoulder and sprained your wrist." She gasps. She touches her lips and had a couple of stitches. She sighs. "I must look horrible." I shake my head. "No you don't, you look beautiful." She blushes. "I love you Emma." She smiles and I reach up to her and kiss her. That's when we hear a knock. We let go and look at the door. It was the director along with Angie. "Am I interrupting anything?" I gasp. "Director, I..." Emma says with a horrified look on her face. He puts his hand and I stay silent. "Emma it was told if you would associate yourself with a criminal you would be removed from your duty." I sigh. "But since you risked your life to prove his innocence and did everything to stop Lola you will continue as an FBI agent and Killian we owe you an apology." Killian nods. "Thank you." "See you after you get better Emma." Emma nods. "Thank you director." I smile. The director walks out. Angie come and sits next to us. "So you guys..." Emma and I blushed. "Well I just came to check up on Emma." I nod and Emma smiled. "Killian you better take care of her and love her if not then I will kill you." I laugh nervously. "Don't worry Angie I love Emma." She smiles. "See you later guys." We both nod. She walks away. "I love you Emma." I say to her and she smiles. "Me too." She says and caresses my cheek.
