Part 16-for real

Zosia, Serena and Naomi were stood by Ali's bed. 'Kochanie we need to talk to you.' Zosia started. 'Look there's no point beating around the bush, we think that you have an eating disorder, namely anorexia, which may have led to depression.' Serena started professionally. 'Eating disorder....' Ali said unsurely. 'Yes, but we can get you treatment.' Naomi continued 'we decided that your home environment isn't ideal. However, Zosia has offered to let you stay with her....'
'For real?' Ali asked.
'For real.' Zosia agreed.
'I have spoken to the eating disorders team at the local clinic, to start with you'll go twice a week, your first appointment is next Tuesday. We are keeping you in overnight to try and increase your iron, sodium and potassium levels.' Naomi explained 'I'll leave you and Zosia to it.'
'I'm afraid you'll have to help unpack boxes.' Zosia smiled
'What?' Ali asked
' You remember Dr Valentine, Ollie, my boyfriend, we met in the ED?'
'Yeah'
'Well, we're moving in together tomorrow. I know it will be weird. But I think you'll like him. There's three bedrooms, we're having the master one but you can choose either of the other two. And we can decorate it however you like' Zosia smiled
'Natalia darling' Guy Self appeared at Ali's bedside. 'Uncle Guy' Ali said in monotone and allowed him to kiss her check. She really didn't like her uncle for many reasons, she found him highly egotistical, he had missed much of Zosia's childhood because he was too busy working, it was his fault that Anja had moved to England (falling in love with him at an English university) which had upset Babcia so much, he got annoyed when Ali tagged along on family trips and so many other reasons.  'What happened? Why are you here?' Guy asked 'I was in town and fainted so they brought me here.' Ali explained simply. 'Where's your mama?' Guy asked. Ali took a deep breath but Zosia stepped in 'Dad, there's no need for an interrogation, she's fine and will be discharged in the morning.'
'Zoshie why didn't you tell me Natalia was here, I had to be told by Jac Naylor' Guy asked with a hint of anger in his voice
'Sorry dad, I wanted to stay with Natalia' Zosia answered
'You could have paged me'
'I was concentrating on Natalia'
'It wouldn't have taken long'
Suddenly Serena stepped into the cubicle 'what's going on here, is it really necessary? Zosia? Guy?'
'I was wondering why I had to find out from Jac Naylor that my niece was here. Couldn't you have paged me Serena.' Guy turned to Serena
'So there was a communication error. But this isn't helping Natalia. She needs her family around her to be supportive' Serena spoke calmly.  'Well glad to see you're ok Natalia, there's an important neuro case I have to tend to.' Guy walked off . 'Work more important than family again!' Zosia rolled her eyes.
