Alice's P.O.V

February 9, 1974

It was that day when we were to head down to Abbey Road to record Ring Ring. Laura had stopped by early since she was coming us.

"Are you two sure you want me to be your drummer?" Laura asked

"Yes! Someone needs to do it. Besides, I'm already on guitar and Linda is on keyboard" I said

"Alright then. Wait, what about a bass player?" Laura asked

"Oh yeah. We haven't thought about that Alice" Linda said

"Well I did so that's why I gave Helen a call. Turns out she knows how to play" I said

"That's great! Will she meet us there?" Linda asked

"Yep. She's bringing Denny along" I said.

"Is Paul coming?" Laura asked.

"I'll be stopping by later with the girls" Paul said as he joined us. He grabbed my hand and brought it up to his lips.

"You girls have fun, alright?" Paul said

"We will. See you soon?" I said

"You will. I already called George and told him you'd be stopping by" Paul said

"Okay. Come on girls. We have a song to record" I said.

When we arrived at Abbey Road, Helen and Denny were the first to greet us.

"Hey! Long time no see!" Helen said.

"Yeah! Where's little Pauline?" I asked

"With the sitter. Where's Paul?" asked Denny.

"He'll be coming later. Denny, I don't know if you ever met Laura before, but she's my sister" I said

"It's nice to meet you Laura" Denny said

"You too" Laura said

"And then of coarse you know Linda" I said

"Of coarse, we are in a band together after all" Denny said

"Yeah, and now I'm this one with these three" Linda said, motioning to Helen, Laura and I.

"My wife's in a band! That's so exciting" Denny said, giving Helen a kiss making her smile.

"We should head inside" Helen said. We all agreed and made our way inside.

Once we made it to the recording room, George Martin immediately greeted us.

"Alice McCartney!" George said

"George! It's so good to see you!" I said

"I was so excited when Paul called and said I'd be producing for your band" George said

"Well, its mine and Linda's band" I said

"Yeah, and these two just joined in" Linda said, pointing towards Laura and Helen.

"So you must be Linda Anderson" George said

"That's me. Used to be Linda Eastman" Linda said

"Yes, you married Alice's ex-husband, right?" George asked

"I did" Linda said.

"George, this is our drummer and my sister, Laura Martin, and then this is our bassist Helen Laine" I introduced.
