Chapter 70

Alice's P.O.V

Guy had requested my presence on set as we were going to film now. Paul held my hand tightly as he walked me there.

"Remember what I said, love. He won't dare to try anything as long as I'm there" Paul said

"I believe you" I said. He smiled and brought my hand to his lips, placing a gentle kiss on it.

"There's my star!" Guy said as Paul and I walked on to set. I let go of Paul's hand as I made my way over to Guy.

"You ready? It's the big kissing scene!" Guy said. I quickly looked over at Paul and he gave me a reassuring smile. I then looked back at Guy.

"Yes. I'm ready" I said. At that moment, Roger walked by us, winking at me as he did so.

"Wow. He's really staying true to character" Guy said

"Yeah, about that. I need to tell you something" I said

"Tell me later, alright? Right now we have a kiss to film. Places!" Guy said. Roger and I took our places and Guy sat down in his chair.

"And action!" Guy said

With every line we spoke, it was getting closer and closer to the kiss which I was dreading, but I kept in mind Paul's words.

He won't dare try anything as long as I'm there.

It was now at the point that I had picked the lovers card. I turned my back to him. Roger sat up and walked closer to me, like he was supposed to.

"You knew the answer before it was given. Strangely enough somehow, so did I" Roger spoke his line. He placed his hands on my arms and leaned in close to my ear. He turned me around and his lips were on mine.

"Cut! That was perfect you two!" Guy said. Despite what Guy said, Roger still had his lips on mine.

"Roger, I said cut" Guy said. Roger still didn't listen to Guy. I had to push him off of me.

"What's wrong?" Roger asked

"We've stopped filming. Guy said cut three times" I said.

"Really? I didn't hear him" Roger said, smirking at me. I looked over at Guy and Paul. Guy got up from his chair and he began walking over to us. Paul looked very pissed.

"That was a great take you. I think we'll break for lunch in fifteen. We'll go out to eat and everyone is invited. Lunch is on me" Guy said, his eyes flickering nervously between Roger and I.

"Sounds great Guy" I said. Guy nodded and walked away.

"You're were fantastic Alice" Roger said, placing his hand on my arm.

"Don't touch-" I was interrupted when I was gently tugged away from Roger.

"Don't you dare touch my wife!" Paul said sternly.

"Mr. McCartney, I don't know what you're talking about. I was just telling her how well she did" Roger said

"Then what was the kiss?" Paul asked.

"That was in the script" Roger said

"Then how come you kept kissing her when Guy yelled cut?" Paul asked.

"Like I told Alice, I couldn't hear him. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get ready for lunch. You two should too" Roger said. He gave Paul a dirty look before walking off.

"Paul-" I was abruptly cut off again.

"How could he not hear Guy yell cut!? He said it pretty loud and clear!" Paul said

"Paul, honey, please-" I started

"I bet you he could hear and he just kept kissing you anyways. Then he has the nerve to just touch you like that when I'm right over there" Paul said.

"Paul, calm down please" I said, placing my hands on his cheeks. He seemed to calm down a bit.

"I know you already know this but I'm going to tell you anyways. I love you, and only you. You're the only one I want to kiss, hold and make love to. I'm never going to fall in love with anyone else. It doesn't matter if it's James Bond or a prince from a Disney movie. You're my one and only. I'll love you forever" I said

"You're my one and only too. The one and only I'll love forever" Paul said

"Give me a kiss, yeah?" I said

"You don't have to ask twice" Paul said. He kissed me gently yet passionately, wanting to replace Roger's kiss with his own.

"Only your kisses feel right" I said. Paul and I weren't alone for much longer as Linda and the girls joined us again.

"So I heard Guy is taking us all out for lunch?" Linda said

"Yeah. We better get going" I said

"Great. Alice, can I talk to for a bit?" Linda asked

"Of coarse. Girls, do you want to walk with daddy?" I asked Ethel and Mary.

"Yes!" they both said. Paul laughed at the two.

"Alright. Let's go" Paul said, grabbing their hands. They began walking. Linda and I followed close behind.

"Can I have Stella?" I asked

"Of course" Linda said. She gave me my daughter.

"So, what do you need to talk about?" I asked

"Well, I couldn't help but notice Roger going too far with the kiss" Linda said.

"He did. You should have heard Paul. He rarely uses that tone" I said

"Well Paul just cares about you and he loves you. I think he's still afraid that he's going to lose you sometimes" Linda said

"I know, and sometimes I'm afraid I'm going to lose him but we always remind each other that it's never going to happen" I said

"So that means no divorcing for you two?" Linda asked

"Nope. Doesn't matter how angry we could get at each other and if we don't even talk to each other, there is no way in hell we'd divorce" I said

"That's good. You two make each other really happy" Linda said

"We do. Paul and I have a favour to ask of you" I said

"What is it?" Linda asked

"We were considering getting a family photo taken and we hoping that you would take it for us" I said

"I'd be happy to. There is one thing, however" Linda said

"What?" I asked

"Me, Joseph and our kids to be in one" Linda said

"Of coarse. You guys are apart of this family too" I said
