Behind The Smile

€HAPTER 16

Kai accompany Seungri to get the help from the nurse at the infirmary.After an hour,they finish and Kai help Seungri to walk to his class by holding his hand and lead him slowly.

"You know,you dont have to do this..Lots of people can hate you.." Seungri said trying to get out hlof Kai hold but he sternly hold his wrist but not as far as hurting it.

"I can't let you fall Seungri..Thats more important.." He said then said goodbye to Seungri after he reach his class.Seungri step into the class to see Jiyong looking at him like he gonna scold him until next year.Jiyong then step toward him then grab his hand forcefully and pull and drag him to a silent corridor then he make Seungri back lay against the wall so he and Seungri can talk with each other more privately.

"What are you doing hyung!?You are hurting my wrist." Seungri said shock that Jiyong grip it hard.

"What are you doing with Kai?You know he is the one that make all the bullying things happen to you right?!" Jiyong ask angry.

"He was just helping me!" Seungri shout back.

"I don't see any helping there!He was letting people around the school saw you with him so people can start the bullying back!You know.." He got cut as Seungri shout to him back.

"I hurt my ankle!So he was helping me to walk!" Jiyong face then suddenly softned and somehow feel guilty.

"You..You hurt you ankle?Where?Can hyung see?" Jiyong said then trying to bend his body to look at his feet but Seungri pull him back up.

"Don't worry.I'm ok and I can walk by myself." With that Seungri walk away with slow step as his ankle start to hurt when just now Jiyong pull him force him to run.

Jiyong came in the class later after Seungri arrived.They start the class and the last class before going home is swimming.

All of them goes to the locker and just change their shirt there while Seungri take his swinsuit and walk toward the toilet to get change.

He came out with longsleeves shirt but all of them was already used to it.They just accept maybe he don't like showing his skin.

Everyone was warming up then the famous group came out and all the girls and boys was amazed how handsome the guys even in swim suit.Kiko then walk beside Jiyong then Jiyong hand automatically hold her waist.

The class start with a practice to swim from the left end to the right end and see who is faster.Everyone start swimming while Seungri and the others stand aside waiting.

As Jiyong and Kiko turn to swim,they swim sychronizingly with each other and get lots of claps when they end it in a beautiful way.They walk happily toward the crowd receiving the praise about how good they are.Seungri just ignore it and walk to the platform.

When they are getting ready,his classmates beside him talk to him.

"Hey,are you ok?You seems pale." He ask concern.But Seungri are shock cause he doesn't feel any pain.

"Uhm..Noo...I'm ok..Thats normal I think..Hehe.." Seungri smile then get ready to swim.

As the hon pressed,all of them jump into the water and swim.Right in the middle of the pool,suddenly Seungri feel a pain strike at his ankle.

'Damn...I totally forgot about that!' He mentally cursed to himself.He try his best to keep swimming but the more he swing the leg it become more hurt.At the end,he end up drowning to the base of the pool.He slowly out of breath and his body was too weak to even move.

'H.hy...hyung..He..Help..' Seungri thought before he close his eyes.

After all the swimmer finish they realize Seungri wasn't coming out yet.

"Ok its enough Seungri come out..Your joke is too old." The teacher said joking but then there were no sign of Seungri.The pool goes  calm.

"Damn it!!He is drowning!!" Jiyong shout panic then automatically jump into the pool and search for Seungri.The pool is really deep cause it was used for the professional swimmer.

Jiyong try his best to find Seungri in the water then he saw a body laying on the floor of the pool.

'Seungri!!' He mentally shout in his mind then swim faster toward the body.He then drag him out of the pool fast and others help to carry him out of the pool and help Jiyong.

Jiyong run toward Seungri body and trying to pump his heart and give him CPR through mouth to mouth.

"Come on Seungri!Don't make me worry!" Jiyong shout panic when there is no sign of movement from Seungri.

Then suddenly,he cough a lots of water of from his mouth and automatically sit down.

"Hy..Hyung..." Seungri said weakly making Jiyong wrap him with a towel and carry him up away from the pool and excuse themself to the infirmary room.

Jiyong help Seungri change his clothes to his school uniform and he stop at the wrist.

"You had been cuting again Ri?" He ask him and Seungri just look out the window.

"Ri?I'm asking.Look at me." He try to hold Seungri hand but he avoid it.

"I'm ok.It just kind of needed to cuts.I feel out of breath if I didn't do it." Seungri said then slide close the wrist.

"How can you be so clumsy drowning just now!?" Jiyong suddenly ask him angry because how careless he is.

"It just..Suddenly my ankle hurt and I can't swim.I'm sorry I burden you." Seungri said still looking out the window.

"What if I wasn't there?!Who gonna save you!?" Jiyong ask him really angry cause his face was really have no emotion at all.

"Then I will die drowning there.Nobody save me as usual and I was used to it.Die or just breathing hyung?" Seungri look over to Jiyong and Jiyong was taken aback when he saw tears in Seungri eyes.

"I'm on my way home.Thank you for saving me hyung." Seungri walk away from the room leaving Jiyong there shock cause Seungri face show the emotion of broken,hurt,betrayed and he don't understand why.

"Its better this way..I don't want to burden you anymore Jiyong hyung.." Seungri said slow when he look at Jiyong who is walking toward their SUV through his class window.

After the car drove away,Seungri grab his things and bag then walk home like usual thinking about how life must be great if he was like one of them.
