Hindi ko alam kung bakit but I really feel uncomfortable while having dinner with them. They are talking with us casually at mukhang wala naman silang balak mang-insulto but my mind's pretty occupied with what Rev told me earlier.

What the hell is Skye up to now? Akala ko ba okay na? Then why the hell am I feeling so strange?

"Do you guys have an exact date for your wedding already?" tanong ni Annelize kay Chaos habang kumakain kami.

Of course, she'll choose to talk to him rather than to strike a conversation with me.

"Di pa namin napaguusapan but we're thinking about May next year." sagot nito.

I wiped the hands of Psyche using a napkin, masyado kasing nagkakalat. Ginawa atang laruan ang bigay ko sakanyang baby biscuit.

"Malapit na ah." Rev joined in the conversation. "You guys should start planning it out." She paused and gave me a knowing look. "Baka kasi magkaproblema along the way, mas mabuti nang mas handa, right?"

Hindi ko na nagawang makapagsalita pa. I definitely knew that something's wrong about Rev. Parang may binabalak na naman siyang masamang plano. 

I really hate that woman.

"Anyway, Sander. I heard that your company is doing really good. Kamusta naman? I mean bago palang yun but its already well-known." Annelize talked again after a long silence.

Wala naman kasing gustong magsalita bukod sakanya, dad is always very quiet, Rev just butts in whenever she wants to, ako naman I really don't feel like talking to any of them, and Sander only talks pag kinakausap siya. So tanging si Annelize lang ang may gusto sa ganitong mga pagkakataon.

"Ah." Chaos smiled, halata sa ngiti niya na hindi din siya kumportable. 

He never really wants to discuss his gaming business with someone that is not in that particular field. Kahit nga sa parents niya mismo, he kept PDN a secret. They only found out about it nung pinapatayo na nila nina Dax ang Gaming Corp because they need to ask for some advice from Tita Aleena and Tito Nathan about running a company.

"Masaya naman po. And I can't say that its already well-known kasi kami pa naman ang naghahabol sa mga investors. If the time comes that it'll be vice versa, saka ko na ike-claim that we're already popular in the gaming field." 

I smiled at what Chaos said. I love how humble he is despite of his success. It makes him standout from guys of his age.

Natawa si Annelize at what he said. Dad just nodded and Rev is surprisingly attentive. "What a humble boy." kumento ni Annelize habang nakatingin kay Chaos na sinuklian lamang siya ng tipid na ngiti.

Natatawa nalang ako kasi hindi ko naman inuutusan si Chaos na maging rude kay Annelize, sadyang lumalabas lang talaga siguro sakanya kasi nakkwento ko din naman yung pagtrato ni Annelize sakin.

"Too bad we're not on the same field of business, marami sana akong pwedeng ma-recommend na potential investors for you." Reverie added.

I just rolled my eyes, siguro napansin niya yun because she gave me a glare.

"It's okay. We're a starting company, our will in finding investors and expanding our business is much stronger. I think looking for investors and partners won't necessarily be a problem for us."

Reverie gave him a small smile but I can see that something's quite fishy beneath that. Hindi ko lang ma point out and it frustrates me so much.

Nakasandal ako sa balikat niya habang nakabalot kami pareho ng kumot. Nakasandal kami sa glass door papuntang kwarto at nakaupo sa sahig ng balcony namin. Pareho kaming nakatitig sa City skyline. Kakatulog lang ni Psyche so maybe now's our time to relax.
