Everything had happened so quickly that no one had noticed Niall had jumped in front of Louis.
*

"No! Niall! No!" Louis screamed. Getting the attention of the other boys. They came running. "Niall! Please! Don't do this to me! I love you. I love you too much! Don't you dare leave me! I'm sorry for all of those horrible things I said to you. You aren't a little Irish freak. Your... your... to special for me to lose. I don't know what I would do without you. I wouldn't..." Louis was rambling until he burst into tears.

Harry took him into his arms and moved him out of the way so the paramedics could help Niall.

Liam held Niall's hand. Tears in his eyes.

"We have to go now sir." One of the paramedics said.

Liam let go of Niall's hand, and it just fell limply of his side.

Louis watching all of this was devastated. Sobbing into Harry's shoulder.

"Come on, Lou. Let's go see Niall."

The fans in the audience had all be ushered out of the stadium. Everyone crying.

It as several hours later. Niall had been in and out of surgery and Louis was asleep leaning against Harry while Liam sat by Niall's side.

Niall starting muttering in his sleep.

"Louis..." Niall said softly.

"Niall, can you hear me?"

"Yeah..."

"How are you feeling?" Liam asked.

"I want Lou..." Liam nodded and walked over to the couch to shake Louis awake.

"What?"

"Niall, he wants you." Louis was up from his seat in an instant. Before Liam even go to blink Louis was by Niall's side.

"Niall. I'm so sorry for everything that I said to you. I was out of line. It's all my fault your here. I wish that I could go back in time and change everything it should be me laying here and not you. I just want you to for-"

"Louis, shut up." Niall chuckled, "It's okay. I forgive you I know you only say the stuff you say out of love."

Several weeks later Niall was almost completely healed. Louis and Niall had forgiven each other and everything was back to normal.
