(A/N: Prepare yourselves for some mystery...)

********************************************************************************

I wasn’t in the mood for anything today. I didn’t get much sleep, my head was pounding and people outside couldn’t shut up.

Wait, people outside ?!

I got up and peeked through my window. I didn’t see anyone but the voices were there. And I recognized one of them. His voice was the exact same as two years ago.

I shook my head.  It can’t be him, it just can't be.

I need to see a doctor, I may have a brain tumor. I am seeing and hearing things where they don't exist.

I took a quick shower, got dressed and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

“Morning mum.” – I kissed her cheek.

“Morning sweetie, how did you sleep?” – She looked up from the newspaper.

“Not good, my head hurts.” – I took a sip out of my coffee mug.

“Take a pill it will go away in a few minutes.” – She smiled.

“Where’s Louise? She was not in my bedroom.”

“Oh, she said she was going to the back garden to feel warmth in her skin as she looked like a dying fish. Her own words.”

I almost spit my coffee laughing. – “I heard voices, maybe she’s talking to our new neighbor.”

“New neighbor?” – My mum raised an eyebrow.

“Yeah, hm he or she moved a few weeks ago. You weren’t back yet, but I don’t know much to be honest. I only saw the moving company guys transporting his or hers stuff into the house on my birthday.” – I shrugged.

Glimpses of that girl staring at me on the sidewalk flashed through my mind. She really looked like Lottie.

I cringed.

“Good morning!!!” – Louise barged into the house all smiling and yelling.

“Shhh keep it down will you ? I have a headache.” – I rubbed my temples.

“You cannot believe who I just met.” – She said.

“Who ?”

“Your new neighbor, duh ! He’s a hottie let me tell you. Strong arms, sweet voice, beautiful smile, breathtaking biceps…” – She sighed.

My mum giggled and got up. – “Ok, that’s enough hormones for a whole morning." - She put her empty coffee mug on the sink. - "I’m going to work. Have a nice day, girls!” – She grabbed her stuff and left.

“Bye mum, have a nice day at work”

“Bye, Mrs. Brown!!!” – Louise turned to me. – “Have you met him yet?!?!?”

“Who?”

“Your new neighbor, silly!” – She slapped my arm.

“Hm, no I’ve never seen him.” – I finished my mug and grabbed what was left of my mum’s pancakes. They were still delicious.

“You should. He’s really something.”

“Don’t care.” – I rolled my eyes.

“Of course not, you can’t take your eyes off Harry.” – Now it was her turn to roll eyes.

“I’m sorry, but I am not interested in guys at the moment. And Harry and I are just friends, how many times do I have to tell you that ?! Besides, I had my own dose of men already. I am done.” – I cleaned the plate and put it on the sink.
