This is the start of something beautiful...

“I’m really sorry to tell you this, but your husband is a fine piece of ass.”

I spit my coffee all over the table.

They laughed.

“The curly hair, the tattoos… Yum.”

“Oh my god.” – I covered my face with my hands.

“She’s getting embarrassed. Good.”

“Guys, seriously. Stop.” – I cleaned the table.

I was at the teacher’s lounge waiting for Louis to finish his class. My car was broken so I took a ride from him this morning.

“Are you jealous?”

“No.” – I shook my head. – “You’re talking about my husband, just…. Stop.” – He’s mine bitches back off.

“Where did you find him so we can go and find one like him?”

I snorted. – “You guys need to calm your hormones. Don’t you all have husbands to go home to?”

“Yeah, but they’re not as hot as yours.”

My colleagues were really a bunch of thirsty bitches, damn.

“Well, he’s mine so if you please, stop talking about him as he’s something to eat.”

“Is he coming to pick you up?”

“Nope. Louis is giving me a ride, my car broke.” – The bell rang when I finished the sentence.

I had like five minutes before Louis comes into the room and tells me to go.

As I predicted, Louis and Zayn walk into the room talking about football.

The others left to start their classes, so it was just the three of us in the room.

“I still can’t believe he failed that goal! It was so easy! Even I could do it!” – He placed his brief case next to mine on the table.

“I know, but what made me angrier was the referee. The guy threw himself onto the floor, how come he didn’t see it?!”

“Right?” – Louis stole my coffee and took a sip out of it. – “Drea, you ready?”

“Yeah. I just need to leave this with Janice.” – I grabbed a folder where I had put the grades I had settled for the kids. – “Have you seen her?”

“Leave it there, she’ll find it somehow.” – He shrugged. – “I need to prepare everything to deliver Henry as well. I forgot to do it last night... Heather wouldn’t leave me alone.”

“Ew, I don’t want to hear about your booty calls ok?” – Zayn complained.

“You look tired, something wrong?” – I asked him.

“Louise wants the divorce.” – He blurted it out.

“What?!” – Louis and I spoke at the same time.

“She cheated on me and now she wants the divorce.” – He ran a hand through his face. – “Seriously, what did I do? Did I do something wrong? I always gave her what she wanted, I was always there for her, treating her right. Am I useless?”
