Since joining the Coven, Ciel had taken it upon herself to become like a mother to the younger coven members. They were all around fifteen years old, and being ten years older than them, she felt like she needed to care for and protect them, just like she had done with Mariel when they first met and she was fifteen.

"Fan," Ciel started one night after dinner. They had gone up to their room to rest. The leader of the Coven had asked his Ciel to marry him, and the preparations were almost ready. They were to wed at the casino they owned in Korea, and they would invite all of their allies, including the wolves. But that was still a month's time away. "I was thinking we should adopt your younger brothers as our children. They need someone to guide and take care of them, they need parents and a lot of them don't have any. They're so young..."

She remembered when she was their age, she had been living with her mother in France and she remembered that being the happiest times of her life, until she meet Yifan of course. She even had a boyfriend who she loved more than anything--named Andre Pierre. But things drastically changed for her when her mother passed away, and since she was only fifteen, her father was contacted by the French government so that he could take her in. That was when she had moved to Korea to start a whole new life. But her father never loved her, and only abused her. He finally had sold her off to The End of the Night, but Ciel was thankful for that and she thought she was better off without him.

That was a story of her past that she hadn't yet told her boyfriend. She didn't want him to pity her because of all the things that had happened before she met him. With him, she had a new start. And that was all she wanted to think about.

Yifan was moved by her kindness, but quickly pointed out to her. "I'm not sure if they'd like that, Ciel baby. They always avoid me. They're intimidated by me because they saw the kind of horrible person that I was. I think out of all of us, they're closest with Yixing." He informed her. They were closest with Yixing because he often sent them on assignments together. Yixing was something of a mentor to the younger boys and they trusted him. They also got along well with Jongdae, but that was it. They were more reserved and hesitant when it came to the other boys.

A small smile touched her lips as she walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder gently. She lovingly pressed her lips to his cheek, having to stand on her tip toes to reach him, and he closed his eyes. "You said so yourself. The person you were. That's not you anymore, you've changed. They'll see it soon." She assured him. Though Yifan had more patience and kindness only for Ciel. With the other members in his pack, he was more strict and had less patience. He just loved Ciel so much that he seemed to have an unlimited supply of kindness when it came to her.

"Hm." He sighed. "I guess you can ask them if they want you as their mother, and if they approve of you, I don't have a problem with it. I'll call up one of my lawyer contacts to make it official."

Ciel grinned at that.

"But..." He added suggestively, wiggling his eyebrows at her suggestively. "It wouldn't hurt to make children of our own either."

Her smile seemed to grow even bigger then. She grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and gently pulled him towards their bed. "I like that idea too."

Miran had been taken to a mental hospital in Seoul named Sunflower Fields, where she was evaluated based on what her parents had told the doctor that happened to her. Everything, of course, had been a lie. She hadn't even been asked for her side of the story, not that the doctor would have heard it anyway. As one of her father's contacts, he would have falsified information to have Nam Miran committed to the hospital anyway. The story that was held up on file at their facility was that the Nam family's eldest daughter had been kidnapped by one of Korea's most elusive and dangerous gangs. She had been taken away from her family against her will.

She had been kept prisoner for months, and had been abused both mentally and physically by the gang members. She was supposedly so much in shock from her abuse that she now had Stockholm Syndrome, in which she believed she was in love with one of her kidnappers. A man whose name they didn't know, but who was known as Light

The twenty year old had been changed into patient robes and locked in one of the rooms. She had struggled through every moment of it; kicking, screaming, and calling for her boyfriend at the top of her lungs, begging for help. But it was of no use.  She only stopped in her struggling when she was sedated by one of the nurses, and she had been put into a straight jacket to prevent her from fidgeting again after waking up. The doctor had gone out to the waiting room with a clip board in hand and all sorts of forms for them to sign. Everything had been inputted into their system, they only needed the signatures to make it official. "Just sign these papers and your daughter will officially be a patient at Sunflower Fields. We'll take good care of her here." He informed them without the least bit of remorse that he was locking up someone who was completely innocent.

Her father took the papers from him and signed them without even hesitating. Miran's mother held a worried look on her face, but said nothing. She didn't even try to stop her husband once. As he handed the papers back, he asked, "And with these papers...would it be possible to back us if we wanted to...get rid of that baby?" With Miran locked up, they would have to take care of the child and he didn't want to be responsible for the child of a criminal. He thought it would disgrace his daughter's life if she had that baby. But not only that. It would also disgrace his family.

The doctor responded with a nod of his head, taking the clipboard back into his hands. "You would have to take it to court first, and show these papers as proof that she has a mental condition and would have otherwise not wanted the baby if she were in her right mind. With their approval, we could practice an abortion on her." There was only the slightest hint of remorse at the thought of having to kill a baby. "But...we both know your daughter isn't mentally unstable. She wants to have that baby, and doing this might actually damage her mental stability."

Her father waved his worries away and offered him reassurances. "Let us worry about our daughter and do as we tell you."

The doctor heaved a sigh, but walked away. Many times it was easy to accept a bribe and look the other way. But it was hard to do that when the life of an innocent was at stake. Especially when the mother wanted the baby to live.
