Just Mental Part 2

The teams with their new partner Artemis were in a firefight with the UDI they were holding the line but it wouldn't last long.

Jack: Pure we are running low on ammo in here!

Pure: Yeah, no kidding the plasma cannon is almost out of juice.

Horatio: And we got more incoming!

Pure: Where are the other bases?

Mima: On the other side of the earth but you can't get to them under your current location.

Pure: I got an idea but it will require your help Mima.

Mima: What do you need?

Pure: Reposition the satellites to make a beam reflect and hit every single UDI base they have up here!

Mima: That will take a couple minutes to calculate and reposition them to hit.

Horatio: Well we got about ten minutes' worth of ammo up here minus Pure's god cannon, nuclear pistol and Artemis's chain gun.

Mima: I will work as fast as I can.

Pure: I will recalibrate my cannon to beam to reflect and still do damage, will you guys buy us some time?

Alisha: We will try.

Pure: Here take my pistol, it will still work for you but watch the knockback.

Alisha: Ok.

Pure was recalibrating the God Cannon so that it would fire a beam instead of a shot. The others kept the UDI busy long enough so that the calibration could be finished and Mima had the satellites in position so that it would reflect to all the bases and destroy them.
Jack: We are almost out!

Mima: Pure, the satellites are in place!

Pure: Show me a target!

Mima sent the coordinates to pure so that he would get the right shot.

Pure: Everyone behind me and brace yourselves!

Pure fired his cannon. It went past the UDI soldiers and incinerated any that were in its path. The beam hit the satellites and was bouncing everywhere. It destroyed every single UDI base that was around the earth and stopped any reinforcements that were coming, but pure was tapped out after firing that shot!

Alisha: Pure you alright?!

Pure: I'm fine but that shot took a lot out of me. I need to let my energy regain over time.

Alisha: Get inside and recover we will take it from here.

Pure: Here –turns his sword into the BFG and gives it to Alisha and he turns his hand back to normal. - use this to finish them off.

Alisha: Ok.

Pure and Artemis went inside. Pure went inside by the airlock while Artemis went in through the cargo bay. Jack and Horatio made space for Artemis. Alisha fired off the BFG and destroyed everything in its path. She went back inside to check on Pure and see how he was doing.

Alisha: We are all clear, Pure you alright?

Pure: Yeah, I'm regaining my energy, don't worry I'll be fine in a couple minutes.

Alisha: Good, because I would hate to lose you.

Pure: I'm not going anywhere sweetie.

Alisha: Come here.

Pure and Alisha kiss.

Jack: Get a room you two!

Pure: Hard to do that since we are in space.
