Breaking the needle

In the morning everyone was hard at work, Pure was fine-tuning some of the ships until he heard something over his radio. Skye was sent to live at her new home Rick put for her.

Person: This is squad unit talon-3, come in. I am requesting permission to land.

Pure: Mima, Seth.

Seth: Reading it loud and clear.

Pure: What is the status of your emergency, over?

Pilot: I have been severely damaged, engines shot and fuel low.

Pure: Seth?

Seth: Confirmed, he is a smoke bomb right now.

Pure: Eject and we will bring you in, we can't have you blowing up on the fort.

Pilot: Roger that, ejecting.

The pilot aims the jet to the water and pulls the eject lever. He is safely ejected out of the plane; the plane explodes and drops into the water. A drone came out and caught the pilot while he was parachuting the drone brought him to the airstrip where the team were there waiting.

Pilot: Oh my god that was close.

Pure: You alright pilot?

Pilot: I'll live sir.

Horatio: What was the cause of that damage, pilot?

Pilot: A terrorist cell has taken over an airstrip; they are soldiers from Deadshot's army.

Alisha: You are sure of this?

Pilot: Grabbed some Intel before I had to fly out of there.

The pilot hands Pure a flash drive and he plugs into it.

Pure: Looks like your Black Ops team has been doing more than killing people, Deadshot had a spare small army hidden away in the mountains, they mobilized and took control of an Iraq airstrip. The weapons they are using belong to the US thanks to them bringing shipments to them.

Pilot: I barely got out of there, they have trained pilots and anti-air turrets guarding that place 24/7, they have total air dominance.

Carolina: Why would they want to take that airstrip?

Rick: To get Deadshot out of the prison we made by full bombardment.

Carolina: Can it tank that?

Mima: Upgraded that prison to withstand a nuclear blast, but it can't take on constant damage. It can hold up for 12 hours.

Pure: We can do air assault but they would know and want to start the attack immediately. Ground strike is the best option.

Horatio: Or by sea, time to let the Indominous get her first hunt.

Pure: Seth, contact the Minister there and see what's going on.

Pure: Ok, this is how it is going down. Horatio with the Indominous is our artillery, Marshal, Jack, Zhēnbǎo, Jade and Trinity will be our ground team. We go in, neutralize and take back the airstrip. We go in across the ocean and jamming their radar so we can slip past. Jade and I will take care of any missiles or planes that come our way. Marshal, Jack, Zhēnbǎo and Trinity will take out anything from infantry to vehicles. We take my car, Jack's and Marshal's as close range support. Arachnid is our overwatch, call out patterns and troops nearby, everyone got it?

Everyone: Got it.

Pure: You coming pilot, we need someone who knows the base.

Pilot: I am your guide sir.
