The Whole Truth

The whole team got back to the fort with Jim and Tim imprisoned in their cells and unable to get into a rage. Everyone was puzzled at what was keeping Pure's Fox spirit prisoner and why an AI from Seth's Dimension was doing here. Pure plugged into a speaker and microphone so Seth and Randal could talk Alisha connected with Pure so that Jade could talk as well, she was still being downloaded into Alisha's reactor but could still talk.

Pure: Ok, what do you guys want to talk about first, the souls or the new AI?

Horatio: Let's get to the souls first that is weirder.

Randal: A Soul lock is a way of sealing something away, but a soul lock requires a piece of a soul.

Lucinda: Yeah, but the person dies from doing something like that; having piece of their soul missing.

Pure: But these ones are playing over the same words all the time.

Mima: They must have something to say to you.

Pure: But in what order?

Mima: Can the souls be stored somewhere?

Randal: That same black box can work once Jade is done with it.

Pure: Ok Seth, your turn.

Seth: There was a time when some AIs went missing some were my friends and other people disappeared. We don't know it happened but it just did.

Jade: People like your kind showed up from out of nowhere and started to steal us. They somehow shut down our bodies and brought us to this dimension. They tortured us and forced us to regenerate the bases for them so that that they would have the advantage. They even tortured us to advance their tech and make new ones as well.

Xiao: They must have used Pure's blueprints and designs as a base and advanced from there.

Seth: Well she can't regenerate her body since she is too damaged from regenerating and upgrading that base. But she can serve as help to Alisha and help us figure out what else the UDI has done to our dimensions.

Jade: Download complete, you can unplug the box now.

Alisha unplugs the box and hands it over to Pure to put the souls into the box and began to sort out what they were saying.

Pure: They are my family and friends that died under mysterious circumstances those years ago!

Alisha: You sure about that?!

Pure: I can never forget their voices.

Seth: Then how can we figure out what they are saying?

Pure: There has to be an order.

Randal: What about the way the chains were?

Pure tried the way the chains were positioned.

Pure: No, that doesn't make any sense.

Alisha: Try oldest to youngest.

Pure tried oldest to youngest.

Pure: Nope.

Horatio: Then what is the combination?

Pure: Let me try; the order I met them in.

Pure tries the order in which he met each person and the message made sense.

Souls: Pure, when you get this message you will have unlocked your Fox Spirit. The reason why we were locked in your body is because your family kidnapped us and put us there when you were sleeping. It was against our will to do so but we were out of options. We had no idea of what you or your family was. (This is his father's side talking to him; they had no idea that he was a Fox Spirit at the time.) When we were kidnapped we had no idea where we were. They kidnapped us one by one so as to not raise attention. Once they had all ten of us, they performed some sort of incantation to steal parts of our soul and use them to lock away your Fox Spirit. In order to get to you we released the locks when we saw you and your friend coming to release us. We knew you had no idea you could do this so we left you a message in the order you met us so we could tell you what happened. We only ask that you release the rest of our souls so that we would finally rest in peace, please we have had enough torment.
