Parental Visit

The next day Horatio, Jack and Carolina called their parents to come visit the fort. Because of the distance between their location and the fort Brenda got there first. The drone landed and Brenda got out.

Pure: Welcome back to the fort Miss Brenda.

Brenda: You know I would not miss a chance to see my fifth grandchild.

Pure: A word of warning, she is a little sensitive this morning because of what we found yesterday.

Brenda: I saw it on the news, she must have been devastated.

Pure: So take it easy on her.

Brenda: Got it.

Pure and Brenda head to the cafeteria where Carolina head Auriella and Alisha had Pure Jr.

Brenda: Hey sweetie.

Carolina: Hey mom.

Brenda: You feeling ok?

Carolina: I'll be fine.

Brenda: How is my grandchild doing?

Carolina: She is doing great, want to hold her?

Brenda: Of course.

Seth: Pure, I got something to show you.

Pure: What is it?

Seth: I was analyzing the hard drives you pulled from those servers and I found something disturbing.

Pure: The head of the ring?

Seth: No, but this is something a lot more sensitive, come to the main hall.

Pure went to the main hall where Seth was, Mima was tending to Morpheus.

Pure: What did you find?

Seth: I was going through every single hard drive to find out how much they had and I found something disturbing.

Pure: What is it?

Seth: I went as far back as possible and it turns out these hard drives were a part of another ring.

Pure: What kind of ring?

Seth: Same one, but this is what I found.

Seth showed Pure a file and it contained paperwork and one video. Pure played it and it was something he did not expect.

Pure: Carolina...

Seth: That made me go back over her report and they did seize a hard drive but it went missing from the evidence locker when I asked the people involved in the case.

Pure: Someone knew the value of the hard drive and bribed the police to hand it back over. Did you find a payroll?

Seth: Still hundreds of terabytes to process, they were really detailed though, going to take a while.

Pure: Find the person who put her there first.

Just then the three kids were on Ming coming to the main hall

Pure: Hey you are awake.

Boy: Good morning.

Pure: Let's get you kids some breakfast and then we can head to your new home. Call me when you find it.

Seth: Got it.

Pure, the children and Ming head to the cafeteria where he cooked what they asked for, once they had their fill they got into Pure's tails and he headed off to the forest. When he got there he landed and the children got out. Pure activated six drones to be with them and he also had Abagail's drone in which he let out of his bag. They went inside and the children were amazed.
