CHAPTER 32

CHARLOTTES POV

"Hayes those aren't mine" I stated looking at Carmen who had an evil grin on her face. Little bitch.

"Why do you have these?" He asked.

"Hayes they ARENT mine" I said again.

"Well then why were they in your suitcase?" He asked as Matt and Taylor looked up from their phones.

"It was that psycho bitch Carmen's. Not mine. You know I wouldn't do that" I said.

"Carmen does not do drugs" Hayes said. Tears began to fill my eyes.

"THATS WHY WE WERE TALKING IN THE HALLWAY YESTERDAY! BECAUSE I FOUND THEM IN HER SUITCASE!" I screamed.

"Carmen.?" Hayes asked turning towards her. She looked around at everyone, then at me.

"They're not mine" she said. I was crying now. "Hayes you have to believe me they aren't mine" I said dropping my clothes to the ground.

"I'll go and get Brooke" Matt says and left the room.

"Your sick" I said to Carmen. Brooke and nash came in the room. "Charlotte! Why did you have those?!" She asked.

"Are you serious?! Not even my own sister believes me!" I scream. "But they were in your suitcase!" She protested. She is Carmen. I stepped up to her.

"Ok you know what you win. Whatever you were trying to beat me at you win. You were trying to destroy me and my life and you just did. Fuck you Carmen" I said kicking her in the shin before running out.

I go down to the front desk. "Hi do you have security camera control from here?" I ask politely to the lady.

"Yes. But we can't show it to guests" she said. I made up a lie.

"Look my mother really doesn't like me on surveillance so do you think I could just take a look at the part I was in and just take it out of the system" I said. She nodded her head and I came around so I could see the screen. I told her when and where and she gave me a flash drive. I took it and slid it in my pocket.

Hayes and Carmen came downstairs. I jumped behind one of the chairs and they sat down close to one. "Look Carmen I just broke up with Charlotte so maybe we can start over?" Hayes asks.

"Sure. What was up with her anyway?" Carmen asks.

"It was a dare to ask her out, and I did fall for her. Hard. But then you came back. She was involved in this crazy accident that was like life changing" he said.

"What accident?" Carmen asked.

"Well it started a few months ago" he began. I popped out from behind the couch.

"A few months ago when you got dared to ask me out" I said. "Oh Charlotte" Hayes said getting up from the couch. He dragged me to a corner.

"It's not like that" he said. "Oh no I know exactly what it's like" I said.

"You do?" He answered.

"It was like some really nice guy asked me out and I fell for him. Hard. Just to know that he would just ditch me and go for some girl he hasn't seen since he was 12. Yeah and then he decides it would be a fun idea to tell everyone about the accident and believe that I would go and do drugs. Me out of all people" I said with tears flowing hard so I can't see.

"Well because of everything that's happened I just thought you would have an idea of making the pain go away" he said quietly.

How could he say that?

My eyesight started to get blurry, and I felt unbalance. "You know what?" I asked. He looked at me with a straight face.

"Screw you" I said and left him. I went where there was a big chandelier in the lobby and sat underneath it. I felt super dizzy. I saw Hayes run toward me, and I began to loose balance. I couldn't focus on anything. The last things I heard before everything went black were by Hayes.

"I love you"
