Hello anyone who happened to be snooping and found my book! My names Puff, and this is my rant book.
I honestly just talk about whatever I feel like, which I'm fairly sure is the purpose of rant books in general.
Anyway, if you would like to continu...
So, today is story time with Puff. This actually happened a couple months ago, but it keeps showing up in conversations. So, here we go!
A couple months ago, in my PLTW class, we were reviewing simple machines before we were going to do something more advanced.
Anyway, I was working with my partner. (Let's call her... Oswald... Sure...)
We were trying to find some examples of each simple machine in normal life.
We had gotten all of them with the exception of some screws. (Cause, I mean, other than a... well... screw, there really aren't that many examples.)
So, I had the brilliant idea of a top. You know, this thing:

For some reason, she did not seem to grasp the concept of what a top was. Enter the magical Google.
I searched 'top' on Google, and really did not get what I was thinking...:

Hmmm... that really wasn't quite what I was looking for.
So, in the middle of my class, we are trying not to choke by the fact that TOP is apparently more we'll known as a South Korean Rapper than as a toy that has existed since the history of the universe.
