"So what's new?" Mackenzie asked, swinging her legs under the table. Sunny and Erika were walking towards us. "Not much to be honest." I shrugged taking a bite of my chocolate bar. "Nothing...really Y/N. That's rich babe, I've heard there's a new guy in your life." She winked. I felt my cheeks go pink as the other two sat down. "Spill the tea sis!" Sunny said excitedly. "Okay, so maybe Jake and I kissed at a party." They all squealed. "Shhh!" I giggled. "We kissed that's all. Nothing more, nothing less." I smirked. "You kissed after fancying each other for decades, this is not 'all' Y/N!" Mackenzie said, clapping with excitement. "Oh crap." Sunny laughed. The boys came over- Anthony, Chance, Kade, Chad, Nathan and Jake. I kicked Sunny under the table and she bit her lip to hold the giggling back. I pushed my hair behind my shoulders.

Jake:

"Come on go over, we'll act like we want to all go bowling tonight." Chad suggested. The canteen was a little loud. "Ah I like your thinking..." I said. We all stood up and walked over to the girls. "Oh crap." Sunny laughed. I saw Y/N kick her under the table. "You alright girls?" Chad asked, Y/N pushed her hair behind her shoulders and sipped her water. Everything about her was so damn beautiful. "So do you lot wanna come bowling, it's Friday and we haven't done something like that in ages." My eyes met hers as Anthony spoke and she smiled. "I'm in." She grinned, the other girls nodded. "Okay so we can't all fit in the same car- so I'll drive." I offered. "Yeah me too." Chad said. "I will." Chance added. I was picking up just Y/N, something the boys had set up on purpose.

Y/N:

I was nervous for tonight- I dressed glam but still super causal. It was just gonna be me and Jake on the journey and I had so many butterflies of excitement and nerves. "Y/N Jake's outside." My Mum shouted. I stopped in front of the mirror- I was wearing a black, lace bralette, black ripped jeans and my Vans. I had pretty glam makeup and curled my hair. I grabbed a hoodie from my wardrobe and my bag and went downstairs. I opened the door and he waved from inside.

Jake:

She came out and she looked insane- my hand lifted and waved, before I could even think. Why did I just wave?!

Y/N:

The game of bowling was fun and everyone was having such a good time. We said goodbye to each other and went our separate ways in the car. "Do you want the heating on?" Jake asked, my eyelids were heavy it was nearly midnight, because we'd gone out to eat after bowling. "Yes please." I smiled sleepily. He gave me the AUX and I put on one of my favourite songs- The Climb by Miley Cyrus.

Jake:

Y/N was tired, but humming and singing along to the music. "There's always gonna be an uphill battle..." She sang. "Wow that's amazing." I grinned. Her cheeks went a little pink. I held my hand on her thigh and she curled up. She held my hand tightly and drifted to sleep. When we pulled up at her house, I woke her up. She half opened an eye and smiled. "Hey beautiful." The words left my mouth and she was suddenly awake. "Did you just call me beautiful?" She said shocked. "I think I did." I smiled, I leant forward and our lips connected sending adrenaline pumping through my veins. "I think this is the bit where I ask you to be my girlfriend..." I smirked.

Y/N:

My heart was pounding and my body tingling. "I think this is the part where I say yes." I whispered. I leant forward and kissed him again- it was giving me such a high to finally kiss the boy I was falling for. We pulled away and he bit his lip, and when I looked into his eyes I felt like I was safe.
