Run Out Again

Jake and I have taken a super brave step and moved out alone. Not in the Team Ten house, on our own.

"JAKEEEEE!" I shouted, I was sat in the middle of piles of boxes. He came running in. "Can you help with this?" I smiled. He grabbed my hand and pulled me up. I passed him the box. I watched him build my desk. He came over when he finished and grabbed me behind the waist. I squealed and dropped the blanket down. He spun me around and kissed me. "I can't believe we have our own house." He whispered. I held his hands and kissed him. "I'm so excited." I said, he bit his lip. "I love you so much." His hands rested on my hips. "I love you so much too baby." I kissed him again and went back to the box.

**2 years later**

I got up and slid my robe on. I walked round the house and my heart ached. My body folded over the worktop and I held my hand in my hands. Jake had run out on me again for about the 4th time in the last month. I felt so horrific inside. He runs out for days on end and then comes back pretending nothing happened. It's been happening for about 5 months now.

My phone pinched and I unlocked it. 'Hey Hun, is everything okay? You've been really on the D-Low lately?! Love ya hope it's all okay - Mackenzie x' I wiped the tears off my cheeks. 'Hey beaut, I'm all good. Thanks for checking up. Just having a couple issues with Jake so was taking some time out! Love you Kenzie -Y/N x'

I changed into a big hoodie and leggings. I put my slippers on and did my skincare. My mind wanted to rush around doing everything, but my body was begging me to lie down and cry all day. I decided to sit on the sofa and do some editing. I was at it most of the day and around 10pm I was getting dozy. My eyelids got heavy and I fell asleep.

Jake:

I pulled up outside the house and guilt hit me like a ton of bricks. I grabbed my bag and phone and got out. I opened the front door and I could hear the TV. I kicked my shoes off and put my bag on the stairs. I could hear Y/N lightly snoring. Her laptop was balanced on her stomach and she was fast asleep. She was already in her pyjamas, so I flicked the TV off and picked her up gently. She moved a little, but curled up into me. I kissed her forehead and tucked her into bed.
