People were crowding around the hallway/kitchen area, it was loud and everyone was in a good mood- surprising bearing in mind both Nick & Chance have both left. Jake came over and kissed the top of my head. "Hey gorgeous." He smiled, I smiled back. "Hey babe." I tipped my head back and he kissed my lips softly.

I've been in Team 10 since the beginning and always had a 'special' bond with Jake. We started out as purely friends, then best-friends and now it's a romance I guess. We haven't put a label on it...I want to, but Jake thinks it'll ruin things for us and we'd have to confirm the rumors. I'm okay with that, because I really really am falling for him and I see us having a future together, but Jake doesn't. He sees me as an accessory or at least that's how it comes across to me.

"How about we have some alone time later?" He smirked, I was holding back the urge to spill my feelings then and there. "Can we talk later instead?" I asked, praying I wouldn't cry right here in front of everyone. "Sure, is everything okay?" He asked playing with the rings on my hands. "Yeah I just wanna talk that's all." I shrugged. He smiled again and kissed me. "Okay as long as you're sure you're okay." He held my hands. "Yes I'm positive, don't worry." He slipped away to film and I was chatting to Mackenzie.

Eventually, Jake and I sat down to talk outside on the steps. "Sooo what do you wanna talk about?" He said playfully. "Nah babe it's serious." I said, he stopped messing around and a dead serious look on his face. "Go on." He urged. "I've wanted more than this since we met- I wanted more than friends, than more than best-friends and now I want more than whatever this is. I want us to be official, for you to be proud of me. I want to feel that electricity of love through me when I'm with you. I want to kiss you and not feel conscious someone's watching. I want more than this Jake." I said. He smiled. "Kiss me." He whispered- that's all it took for me to kiss him like every nerve in my body was electrified. I felt stronger, happier and I felt at home. We slowly pulled apart and he was holding my hands. "I was going to say exactly the same thing, so will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, my eyes teared over and I giggled. "Of course." I said, kissing him again.
