I woke up and grabbed my phone. I had a couple text messages from my group chat, I quickly read them;

Tessa😍: y/n are you coming over tomorrow?

Alissa👸🏼: yes she is!! we miss you!

Tessa😍: 100%! we miss our gal pal❤️

me: sorry guys didn't see this last night, i can't do today😩, we have a huge team Ten/Family/business meeting. Ily and I'll see you guys soon x

banks😁: damnnnnn! Alissa is getting withdrawals from you🙄💔

me: aweee! ily liss❤️

Alissa💍: he's right boo😴, ily too ❤️

Jake rolled over and I put my phone down. "Morning." He mumbled into the crook of my neck, I ran my fingers through his hair and kissed his cheek. "Morning baby." I replied. We got up and I got dressed into an pretty casual outfit- Chanthony sweatpants (the gun ones) and a bralette with a black top. I put on some fluffy socks and tied my hair into a messy bun. I grabbed my notebook, planner and pen and headed downstairs. We all squeezed round the table to chat business. Erika was talking about modelling etc etc and I zoned out.

The main reason I stayed in Team 10 was mainly because I loved Tessa and Alissa. They're my bestfriends, so we were loving living together. As well as the fact, I was so in love with Jake.

I hadn't really spoken to Jake or anyone about it, but I felt like Erika was replacing me. She spent so much time with Jake, and was now becoming the 'main girl' of Team Ten. I felt like she got so much more attention from Jake especially.

She finished talking and Jake looked at her- so lustfully. "Keep your eyes on your own girl Paul." Chad teased, tears filled my eyes as both him and Erika blushed. "I-I've got a thing." I mumbled, scooping all my stuff up. I ran upstairs and shut the door. Tears spilled out of my eyes as sobs escaped my lips. I sat against the door as I lost complete control. Emotions dating back from 6-7 months were flooding out all at once. I wiped my eyes as I felt Jake's pounding on the door. I opened it and he grabbed me. "Baby what's wrong?" He asked softly. "Jake I don't want to talk right now." I mumbled. He let go of my hand as I walked to the window. For the first time ever, I felt so out of place in the Team 10 house.

"You're thinking about leaving aren't you?" Jake asked after a couple moments of silence. "Jake..." I trailed off looking out the window at everyone goofing around outside. "I can't believe you're leaving." He whispered, I felt tears raced down my cheeks. "I didn't say I was leaving..." I whispered, he whimpered. I couldn't turn around, it was like my body was frozen. "Everyone's worried about you, we have been for weeks now. But, every time it's me and you alone you won't open up-why is that?" He asked stepping closer to me. I closed my eyes and could feel myself really losing all my shit-all at once. He stood behind me and rested his hands on my waist. "Because I'm so scared of losing you- to Erika." I said quietly. He didn't reply for at least 15 seconds. "Why? I love you, I only have eyes for you, I've never cheated...why would you be so scared?" He asked, I could hear him holding the tears back. "Because, I know she's an asset to Team 10. As well as that, you've known her longer. She's been there since the beginning you have that bond that I don't have with you. We lost that when you dumped me and moved away. We lost our connection, we re built it, but for a while it wasn't there. She's beautiful, you have the connection without trying, she's smart, savvy, business minded...she's like the ideal girl for you Jake." I mumbled. He rubbed my shoulders. "You're an asset to Team 10, you've been there since the beginning. You ended our relationship, so I could pursue my dreams. We got that connection back- I never lost it on my end. You're beautiful, your so intelligent and savvy, you're business minded, it's why you weren't a talent member for so long. You are my perfect girl, my perfect woman Y/N. There's no one I'd rather be with than you." For a split second, I believed him. Until, the door swung open.
