"Hey you okay?" Jake asked, he leant yo against my locker. "Yes I'm fine." I snapped. He held my hand. "I said I'm fine." I repeated, pulling my hand back. He frowned. "Come on baby." He said tucking my hair behind my ear. "Come on baby what? I told you I was fine." I slammed my locker and went into the toilets.

My eyes filled with tears, I was really struggling with studying for all my exams at school. I took a deep breath and walked back out. Everyone was crowding in the hallways and chatting. I stood against my locker and listened to Erika and Mackenzie talk. Jake grabbed my arm again. "Come here." He whispered. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I buried my head in the crook of his neck. He rubbed my back in circles. "You're gonna be okay, I promise." He whispered. I didn't reply, I just held him tightly.

It was finally the weekend and I was so stressed. Jake came over, whilst I finished up revision and then we were going to a party. He got in the shower and I started on my hair. I was going over my notes, whilst straightening my hair. Jake came in topless. He already had his jeans on. I had finished my hair and started on my makeup. "The date of the..." I whispered. "Hey take a break just for tonight?" Jake asked. I closed my book and went over to him. "Only for you." I smiled, he kissed me softly and caressed my cheek. "Tonight you can let your hair down and have fun. No studying." He said.

We got to the party and I did exactly that. I was on the edge of having had too much to drink and so was Jake. So, we ended up having a full blown row in front of everyone.

"You were looking at her fucking ass Jake!" I screamed, I hit him and he shouted back. "You've had too much to drink and you're fucking delusional!" He roared. Erika tried to pull me away. "It's your fault I'm here, you made me come." I screeched. He shook his head. "Fuck off." He muttered, he shoved past me and tears burnt my eyes.

"Hey are you okay?" Mackenzie asked. I squeezed past and poured myself a drink. "I'm fine." I tipped my head back and let the alcohol run down my throat.
