[EXT. RAINY URBAN CITY – DAY]
[After his identity was blown, Hibiki is on the run once again. He walks the streets in a brisk manner, avoiding eye contact with anyone. Drenched in rain, He stops and looks at the gloomy sky. The raindrops land on his face, as he closes his eyes to cool his mind.]
HIBIKI: Rain keeps me calm. Too bad I can’t standby idly for too long. That person is still looking for me.
[INT. ABANDONED FACTORY – DAY]
[In an isolated island, there is a factory that was abandoned since the early 80’s. The company that created the factory enslaved their workers and made them work to death, literally.]
[In this abandoned factory, there is an underground basement. Under it was the base of a certain individual. The individual was known by international security as C. Nothing else was known about C, only rumors about C’s superior intellect in solving cases.]
[C is assisted by an A.I., called Aino, created by C. They are currently assigned to find a genius criminal that a country’s national police have been having trouble capturing.]
AINO: Don’t underestimate him, C. You don’t know the extent of his abilities.
C: I’m not underestimating him.
AINO: You always underestimate your opponents. This time, you have met your match.
C: You think? He did amuse me.
AINO: He did? That’s good.
C: But this game has to end. It’s starting to bore me.
AINO: Remember, keep him alive. Don’t lead him into a death trap.
C: I know, I know.
[EXT. RAINY URBAN CITY ALLEY – DAY]
[Hibiki had resumed walking. He tries to hide from the public by going through alleys.]
HIBIKI: I have to hurry. I don’t have enough time.
[He bumps into a person.]
MAN: Oi! Apologize! Oi!
[He turns into a corner and walks into the dark alley. Police sirens were vividly heard from a distance. It made Hibiki’s heart palpitate faster, fearing that his criminal days were about to end.]
HIBIKI: *gasp*
[Hibiki hides in a corner when he notices two policemen.]
HIBIKI: Damn it…
[INT. ABANDONED FACTORY – DAY]
AINO: They haven’t found him yet.
C: *sigh* As usual.
AINO: Should we help?
[C stares at the surveillance screens in front of her while fiddling with dices on her hand.]
