Haha!

"Aish! Kay Rayne ko lang ishi-share to eh!" Reklamo niya kaya napatawa kami.

"Alright. The title of my devotion this morning is Faith Through the Storm." Everyone was quiet as Nathan share his so called 'devotion'.

"Faith. The Bible says, Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. And that same faith, when we were in trials, is being tested, right? And this is the revelation God has given me earlier.

"I know everyone here was familiar with the story of Jesus walking on the water." But who wouldn't know that? "But let's read it on Matthew 14:22-33. Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. Ito yung time after nilang magpakain ng thousands of people sa isang remote area using five loaves and two fish. Meaning kakatapos lang magperform ni Jesus ng miracles and the disciples witnessed it at dala-dala pa nila sa bangka ang leftovers na iyon bago sila maghiwalay ni Jesus. Leftovers, hindi iyon ipinadala sa kanila para itapon lang, it is a reminder of the miracles He did.

What I've realized is, we were constantly feed with miracles everyday, we were still blessed kahit hindi natin naaappreciate yon. Yes, may blessings but time will come that we will be bombarded by problems. We will be tested in life. Ganon kasi yon, parang sa school lang, there will always be a test after the chapter. Kapag madami na tayong narecieve na words from Him, kapag madami na tayong natutunan, it's time for a test. And that test will evaluate kung talagang naabsorb mo lahat ng natutunan mo. And in testing, kahit sa examination sa school, hindi ka papakialaman ng teacher mo, they will only be quiet at hihintaying makatapos ka.

Going back to the story, Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. "It's a ghost," they said, and cried out in fear. "But imagine these men. Binabagyo sila at madilim ang paligid since gabi pa.
