Agent Hunter." Maya snapped her head up at the circle of people around her. "Why don't you start. Tell us who you are and why you're here. Remember this is a non judging circle." Maya rolled her eyes at the words non judging there was no such thing.

"My name is Maya Hunter. I'm a special Agent with the FBI. One of our therapists thinks that I need to overcome some stuff before I go back into work." She said with a bit of bitterness in her voice. The leader of the group nodded her head.

"Why don't you tell us about it." She said as she crossed her legs and kept her attention on Maya. Maya shrugged her shoulders.

"There's nothing to tell. My partner got killed a few weeks back in the bombing up in Manhattan. We still haven't caught the bombers. My ex boyfriend has come back from London and is now my boss and a pain in my ass. Then I had one of my witness/suspect kill himself in one of our interrogation rooms just a couple of days ago." Everyone had their attention on Maya. The leader nodded her head.

"How does all of this make you feel?" She asked as she waved her hand around. Maya narrowed her eyebrows.

"How do you think it makes me feel? The main person who has had my back since day one on this job got murdered and I can't even do anything to bring justice to her and her family." Maya snapped. The leader nodded. Everyone looked a little taken back and Maya sighed. "I'm sorry." She apologized.

"Oh no Agent Hunter, this is good. You expressing your emotions like this means that we're getting somewhere with how you feel. We'll have you back at work in no time at all." The leader smiled at her before turning her attention to someone else.

Josh sighed as he held the bridge of his nose with one hand and his cell phone in the other.

"Yeah I want Special Agents Maya Hunter and Farkle Minkus's paper work reports on the Manhattan bombing. I want them on my desk first thing tomorrow morning and I mean they better be the second thing I see only second to a cup of coffee when I walk in my office in the morning. I also want the commission report, the files of the suspects and the everyone who was on call that day. I want everything you've got on the bombing. Thank you, goodbye." Josh hung up his phone and placed it on his coffee table.

He didn't do much research on the bombing after it happened. But now that he's seeing the toll it's taking on Maya he was suddenly very interested and was going to find out all he could .

Maya sighed as she stirred the coffee that was in her cup. The support group was taking a fifteen minute break for lunch that they had brought in. Maya leaned against the wall as she watched everyone talk about random things.

"It's too bad what happened up Manhattan." Maya turned her head to see one of the guys in her support group leaning up against the wall beside her. "I watched it on the news from my house. Such a shame, all those lives gone." Maya glared at him while gripped her coffee cup a little tighter.

"It was even more intense being there in person." She said through gritted teeth. The guy nodded.

"What was it like?" He asked almost excitedly. "I mean, you were there in the midst of all the chaos. What happened? What did you feel? Did you get to see any dead bodies?" Maya had enough. She slammed her coffee cup in the trash can beside her and pulled out her cuffs. She turned to the guy with a glare on her face as she waved the cuffs in front of him.

"One more word and I'll take you in for harassing a police officer." She said sternly. The guy chuckled before raising his hands up in defense.

"Just trying to make conversation." And with that he walked away. Maya scoffed a she watched him sit back in his seat with a satisfied smirk on his face. Sicko. It's like he has some sort of fascination with the bombing.

"Alright everyone break over!" The leader exclaimed. Maya sighed as she went and flopped back in her chair to get on with the rest of the meeting.

Josh had done some research and found out where the support group was taking place. He decided that he was going to go down and meet up with Maya himself. Josh was leaning against his car with his arms folded as he waited for Maya to come out of the building. Finally after about ten minutes of waiting, he spotted the blond coming out of the building with an extremely annoyed look on her face. Though once she looked up and saw Josh she got even more annoyed.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be throwing up over a toilet or something?" She asked him as she started to walk past him and over to her car. Josh followed her.

"How about dinner?" Josh asked. Maya stopped for a second and gave him a strange look.

"How about never." She scoffed as she unlocked her car and threw her stuff inside.

"Common, Maya. I'm actually trying to make an effort here." Josh stated as he leaned towards her.

"An effort for what Josh? What exactly did you think was going to happen by you taking this job and moving back here to New York with me?" Josh didn't say anything. Maya stared at him for a second before shaking her head and opening her car door. Josh though had other plans as he took his hand and closed the car door and trapping her between the door and his body.

"I'm not asking you to give us another shot. I'm worried about you, Maya. If you won't open up to me as a friend then at least let me be there for you as your boss." Josh had her pinned up against her car to where she couldn't move unless he did first.

"No. Josh, this isn't happening." Maya said as she took her finger and motioned it back and forth between her and Josh. "I know how this starts, we start back as friends that eventually leads to something more and then we both end up getting our hearts broken again." Maya said with a frustrated sigh. "It's better if we just keep things on a professional level from now on." Maya told him as she shoved him away from her and opened her door. Josh gritted his teeth.

"Very well." Josh said as he straightened up his posture and cleared his throat in a more serious matter. "Agent Hunter I expect you to meet me for dinner tonight. I need to discuss some things with you and it's better than we do that over a business meal." Maya looked up at Josh with a disgusted look.

"You're kidding me, right?" She asked him. Josh shook his head.

"Rather you want to admit it or not, your behavior effects this team and this team along with all the members in it is my responsibility. It is my job to make sure that the problem at hand is taken care of so that you can be on your best game when it comes to field work." Maya shook her head and laughed.

"Sorry but that's not going to work on me." She said as she looked at him with an amused expression.

"I'm not messing around, Maya. You can either meet me for this dinner or I can extend your leave for another week even after you're cleared to go back to work." Josh shrugged his shoulders as if it was no big deal. Maya looked at him shocked.

"Josh! I can't afford to be out of work for that long!" She exclaimed angry.

"Then I guess I'll see you at dinner, Agent Hunter. Have a nice evening." Josh tilted highs head at her before walking off.

Maya couldn't believe it. He was using his power over her to make her do things that she didn't want to do. She angrily put her sunglasses on and slammed the car door shut as she got into it. She shook her head before hitting the steering wheel with her hand. She just wished that everyone would leave her alone about Carrie.
