Chapter 1.2 - Castle's Armory

With the realization that in the slightest probability that I did ended up in a another world.

I came up with a plan.

Then I continued to mess around on the armory. I found stashes of clothes, armor, weapons and even a chest of gold.

With this, setting out in the unknown will be much easier. If everything goes to plan that is.

Right now I have two objectives. First, I need a home and a source  of basic necessities and second is to answer where am I?  And why am I here in this world. If I am really in a another  world that is.

I changed my school clothes on some "normal" clothes I found on the armory, which resembles medieval European clothing. Currently the only thing I brought from Earth to here, are my wallet, a wristwatch and my smartphone.

Which is surely be useless if this world turns out to be what I'm imagining. A world of swords and magic.

So as the day passes I packed the things I found. I found sorts of sturdy leather backpacks. Stored inside are some pieces of gold, a small leather sack and a short sword and sheath, then I set them aside. And I found a beautiful knife with sheath and tried to sling it on my back.

There is also some handy tools around so I grab some, things like a hammer, shovel, pike and a rope.

"Am I an adventurer now?" I asked myself as I step in front of a cracked mirror looking at my get up.

I also bundled the swords and magic staffs with some rope. As I might be able to sell them in a town.

I played too many RPGs so I have a grasp on what to do in this kind of world.

As I ready myself to go out in to the unknown world. I found another door inside the armory. It can't be seen easily seen or spot, as it blends with the wall around, if not for the slight misalignment. And it might be a secret door, thus I carefully examined the door. And cautiously opened it.

The old door creaks as I carefully  swing it open.

As I enter the secret room I found a glowing orb in the middle of the room, the only source of light inside the dark and gloomy room. The room is filled with books from all corners. It's like a small library.

Of course I can't read the stuff around. As they sports unreadable

And out of curiosity I touched the glowing orb.

"Hmm, nothing happened". I exclaimed.

Then suddenly the orb began to shine brightly and then myself began to also to shine.

Then a big thud.

I was thrown to the books as a giant force resonates from the orb. A shockwave sent me flying.

And it's like I activated something.

And as I try to recover.

Something's different began to happen.

Mysteriously I began to understand the words on the books on the floor.

It is still on scribbled letters. But I can understand them, I can read them now. It's very mysterious, I have goosebumps.

And such I began to snoop around the orb. It might answer what I am experiencing right noe.

And to my surprise.

I found a booklet besides the orb.

A booklet explaining the orb's job.

It seems it was developed by magic scholars for them to fully understand books that are using different languages, that is of course hindering any improvement on any research.

I picked up the orb and put it in the bag, it might be useful in the future.

Then when I walk out of the secret library. I am able to understand what is written on the stone tablet on top of the stone table.

It explains that the tablet is used to determine one's strenght.

Then I reached for the tablet.

Then it glows green.

Then it shows my status.

"What the f*@$, what in the world is happening." I exclaimed.

I might be really in a another  world. Seeing how the tablet reacted. It is impossible for the current technology on Earth to do what I am seeing. Or if they can, someone is pull one of a terrible prank on me.

A holograpic table floats above the mysterious tablet.

"What the hell is with this skills?,
It like I am cheating!". I shouted, while not believing to what I'm seeing.

"This is absurd, with this I can topple governments in this world... Maybe."

With me unbelieving what I'm seeing. I began to think how to prove the case.

First, Weapon Recreate, it is said that it depends on what my level is. Now let's see what it can do.
