Phosphenous - i wish i could forget you

sometimes, when it comes to you, i need more than a reality check.

i need you to stand in front of me and say to my face, "no, i don't love you and i never will."

because i have dreamt beyond anything by now and this is why realizing hurts even more every time.

i keep forgetting that i don't matter to you no matter how many times i wish to be seen differently in your eyes. i don't cross your mind like you cross mine and even if i love you, even if you are someone so special in my eyes i will never be the same to you.

and knowing that hurts but to look at you and say that i don't want you anymore-i can't bring myself to feel that way when my heart is still in love with everything about you."
