First day.

Delilah had grown and the months turned into years in the blink of an eye for Jekyll and Hyde. Delilah understood that Panter would sometimes not be home, and that sometimes Daddy would be sick.
She never asked why. Jekyll and Hyde were Getting increasingly worried that she'd start to develop a second person. The potion that separated Jekyll and Hyde was designed to be just strong enough for Jekyll and Hyde not a small child. Today, was her first day of school.
" You'll do good... you'll go in there and make friends, ok?" Jekyll told Delilah as he put his hands on her shoulders And squatted down to her height.
" Can I do experiments with you when I get home?" Delilah asked as she jumped up and down
" Of course you can!" Jekyll told her
She smiled and then looked at Hyde.
" I love you, panter."
" I love you too, sweetie. I'll see you after school, ok?"
" Ok. Goodbye panter, Goodbye Daddy!"
Jekyll and Hyde waved at Delilah.
Then they got back in their car and watched her go in.
" She sure is growing up...." Jekyll told Hyde as he reached for his hand.
" Yep, she's smart and amazing just like her Daddy." Hyde told him as he kissed him softly on the cheek.
" Oh; she's agile like you." Jekyll said in a singsong voice as he blushed slightly
Hyde smiled and squeezed Jekyll's hand
" When are we going to tell Delilah about us?" Hyde asked
" What do you mean?" Jekyll asked
" How I was an experiment of yours..." Hyde said as he trailed off
Jekyll remained silent for a while, then squeezed his hand. He almost always had a plan ready for things like these, but this time he didn't.
" I- I don't know." Jekyll wispered
Jekyll had a weird look on his face. It was a mix of a dad look and terrified. What would he do when Delilah started asking questions would he prepare her before she did? He knew she was very smart and would soon want answers. Hyde saw this look and brushed his hand on his cheek. Jekyll turned away, and soon tapped the wheel with his fingers.
" What are we going to do?" Jekyll asked in a worried voice
" Don't worry about it.... we'll figure it out." Hyde replied in a calm voice as he Fingered at Jekyll's hand
" How am I not supposed to worry?! What if she starts asking questions?!" Jekyll yelled at Hyde as he pulled into the driveway
" It will be fine!" Hyde yelled back firmly in a much darker voice as he grabbed his husband's shoulders and squeezed.
" Ow ow that hurts hyde. Quit it. Please."
Hyde's hands relaxed and let Jekyll free.
" I'm so sorry. I shouldn't be a father what happens if this happens around Delilah." Hyde said in his normal voice as he cried into his hands
" It's Alright... everything will be alright." Jekyll soothed as he rubbed his husband's back.
Hyde looked up " But what if-"
Jekyll kissed Hyde in order to make him quiet. He then put his head on his chest.
" We'll all be ok..."
then they went inside.
